Y-3 — Local services in New York

I was in soho during my vacation and now that I am back home I had to find the time to write this review. When I visited the adidas y-3 store I didn't have intentions of buying anything, I thought I was only looking. I am a fan of the adidas clothing and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the employees here were. I felt very welcomed and I actually ended up making a purchase of a couple things including t-shirts and accessories because of one particular gent named Domo. He walked with me through the whole store and was patient while I expressed what my preferences are for fits. He knew a lot about the brand and I had to share because he was the whole reason why I even made the purchases! He told me if I was ever back in new york city to stop by and see him again and I most definitely will! I called because on my search it said this was an adidas store. I gave Michael who answered the phone the information I knew about the item. Men's tank top, part of the 2016 pride pack, with adidas logo and color splash. I said this a couple of times, but Michael was like its women crop top. I gave him the info again, he asked if it was adidas originals or y-3, not too familiar with the brand so I did not know this part. He response was" how am I suppose to find it if you don't know what you are looking for." Aside from the part that he really wasn't listening and talking over me most of the time. When he did actually tune in, he said it was probably adidas originals. I decided to not even come into an adidas store and just order online. Rather not deal with employee attitudes. Never had such a disappointing experience before. As a Real Madrid fan, I bought a Y3 X Real Madrid jacket and fell in love with Yamamoto's style. Excited, I visited the Y3 store in New York.

Upon entering, no one greeted us, which was fine at first. However, as we browsed, no staff approached us. When I finally found something I liked, I tried to get help, but the staff ignored me completely. Frustrated, I left the store.

I'm willing to pay for good service, even if there's a discount online. While one employee's behavior doesn't define the brand, it certainly affects it. I will reconsider buying from this brand...
