I honestly feel bamboozled by all of the 5 star reviews & people saying it is better than Chipotle.... because that statement couldn't be further from the truth. Where to start: (1) the tortilla for my burrito tasted and felt like playdoh, (2) it was loaded to capacity with beans & rice despite me saying "just a small amount" leaving me with just a tiny portion of the other vegetables I actually wanted (3) they gave me the old, dried up bits of chicken that had to be scraped from the bottom of the container instead of literally just having me wait a couple of minutes for the chicken on the grill [that I could clearly see] to be finished (4) mountains of sour cream which destroyed the whole thing (5) absolutely NO flavor. like salt, pepper, herbs, and spices are banned from the kitchen. To say I was devastated would be a massive understatement as I had such high hopes for this place & wanted to cry as I opened the tortilla just to eat the protein & few veggies so that I didn't feel completely ripped off. I went today around 7:50 - 8:10 pm There was two guys and one lady I did not see a name but she is very disrespectful I work in the hospitality field for 15 years and I never came across someone so disrespectful I was only inquiring about items she was the rudest person I ever came across she even started yelling shouting The two guys felt so bad one of them apologized to me Never again will I returned to this facility I told my colleagues also about this experience.. customer service place a huge role and this young lady needs to know what is...
