I've come to this dunkin a couples times and they have made my order incorrectly which is why I stopped coming however, I was in a rush and decided to order from this location, I ordered the fully loaded hashbrowns with NO BACON. Simple order, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as making coffee is easy to mess up since individuals have certain preferences as to how they'd like their coffee. As a Muslim, I strictly do not eat bacon at all. My little sister went in to pick up the order and the young bengali boy that worked there handed her the order. She came back to my vehicle and this is when we noticed their was bacon on the hashbrowns. I then went into the store, as soon as I enter all you hear is giggling from the man and young women working there. While waiting for their attention all you hear is their innopropriate discussion and flirtation which explains why they are messing up everyone's orders. As soon as I gave the male the receipt, his female co worker giggled and said "he knows the mistake he made" she did not even look at the receipt. This clearly indicates that he made the order and realized the error he made and decided to still send out this order. When my little sister came in he handed her the order. It is clear that my sister is Muslim as she wears a head scarf. So I ask where was the moral compass in this situation? Read moreAt 6:50AM on the November 10,2023 my father came into this establishment hoping to get food for me. After he ordered what I asked for, he asked for a dozen donuts. She said “Huh? What?” in a confusing tone as if she didn’t hear him. He then repeated himself asking for a dozen donuts, and mind you he spoke louder for her to hear him. She still did not understand and was like “Huh? What???”. He started getting upset because everyone else understood what he wanted. He asked her what establishment she worked at and what was on the shelf behind her. She still did not understand what he said still and one of her coworkers was also shaking his head. Once she realized what he wanted after he demonstrated her a donut, she proceeded to grab a dozen box. Even though, he had asked for it to be put in 2 half dozen boxes. Once he picked out all the donuts, she threw the food onto the counter which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My dad then said that “This is my food, okay? This isn’t garbage. There seemed to be a discrepancy so I asked Najmul if he knows it’s only a 3 munchkin order for the three free munchkins reward on my account. He nodded. I walked away, allowing my gf to finish the order. When we got our food, we were told the munchkins were not free and we were charged. I walked over, waited on line and when it was my turn, I asked if he understood what I meant by the three free munchkins reward? He said they are not free. I showed him the reward saved to my app. He acknowledged that that does exist but that he was not shown that particular barcode. Leading me to believe that when he was shown the account barcode, instead of correcting the customer and explaining this is not the barcode we need, he instead saw it did not work and proceeded to charge us.
It was no more than $2, but the amount isn’t my issue with this service experience. We were clear about our expectations, when it became known to Najmul that we would be charged, he should’ve said so and we could’ve corrected the situation.
If he does that on $2, I don’t see him caring any more on $5, $10, or someone’s hard-earned $50. Repeatedly....
