Enjoy My Bagels — Restaurant in New York

My problems with them is that first one time, my mother was sick and since I couldn’t and refuse to cook I offered to buy her chicken noodle soup from them, since I had an appointment and was running late I didn’t check how was the soup, which was overpriced for the size, but when I had returned from my appointment, I asked my mother about the soup, which she said it was only broth with one piece of carrot that was served !!! NOT A SINGLE NOODLE OR PIECE OF CHICKEN 🐔 !! This was many years ago!! The second time was when one time I went to buy a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese, when I bit into the bagel it was very obvious that the knife they used to cut bagel or spread the cream cheese with was not clean because it strongly tasted like onions 🧅 !! And most recently I went to buy something to drink, around 11 am or 12 pm but when I went to pay the lady, the only person in there said that she couldn’t ring me up because she didn’t know how and the person in charge of that went to buy something, sorry but my time is also valuable and I went to the bodega near 36 street where I can say that the customer service is way better than...

Moved next to this place 4 years ago and was disappointed to learn that they make terrible food. Every year or so I give them a chance because they’re so close to where I live I think maybe they got they’re act together. And every year I am again disappointed. Now the place has “new ownership,” so I gave them another chance. However, little has changed and they may even be making worse food than ever before. I have so many gripes with this place, from the offensively bad bagels they serve, to the awful quality of ingredients they use, to they’re pathetic attempt at sandwich assembly, to their constant changing prices/ overcharging. It is so unfortunate because the location is great. I’ve given them so many chances. But I see now that it would be best if they would just put Enjoy My Bagels to rest for good. The city would...

We popped in on our way to the airport not so much early. The rush was over people were fed and gone so we're most the bagel's , we are from Cali, and we couldn't leave the city without having a 🥯 we walk in see the racks was closing, but Mi Amigo didn't let us down he had already cleaned and was done but he gave us the full service that I'm certain anyone gets walking in, we got five bagels and a quesadilla and threw galore drinks and snacks to make it worth the extra step he took for me and my family for we were hungry.
