This place has been open for about a year. More than long enough to get its act straight. The pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes very mediocre at best. Live close by, and I have been getting a couple of whole pies from them a month since they opened. After this last visit, I am done with this place. I ordered a large pie with pepperoni, they charged me for a large pie with pepperoni, and then they gave me one without pepperoni. Since I live close by, I brought it back; they took the pie and proceeded to put pepperoni on it rather than make a new one the right way. For $30 bucks, I expect them to at least humor me and pretend like they care about customer service but apparently, they do not want my business. At least three times, I told them to keep the pie and give me back my money, and they refused. They offered me a bunch of "free stuff" - basically food that has been held at room temperature for too long that they would need to be chucking in the trash at the end of the night anyway. I will contact American Express and charge back the transaction; that may or may not work, but I will never waste another dime in that place. Of course, the few bucks I threw in the tip jar when I first picked up my order are...
Read moreOrdered a Vodkaroni Pie for pickup. I was two steps out the door and decided to open the box. The pepperoni was missing. I said something and the pizza maker pulled the ticket, looked and said, look it’s supposed to be a vodka pie. I told him to look again, it clearly said “Vodkaroni.” He was pretty clueless as to what that was. You’d think he would know the menu. Online ordering is through their website using ChowNow. Some prices look the same as the in store menu, some are more expensive. The Vodkaroni was $1 more. If you order through their website be prepared to wait. The time they quote you is not accurate. The place was empty but I still waited an extra 25 minutes to get my pie. The guys behind the counter could care less, you can tell they don’t want to be there. As far as the quality of the pizza goes, there are far better pizza shops in the area. It was an expensive pie that was undercooked, and was sloppy and wet from being bogged down by too much vodka sauce. The pepperoni was thrown on afterwards, because he forgot to add it, so it was not cooked into the pie. Once you held a slice up the cheese, sauce and pepperoni slipped right off. I won’t be returning to...
Read moreWe came here after walking around in the area. The store was spacious and had ample seating area inside and outside. The restaurant had tons of pizza options available. I had ordered a large cheese pizza but had to wait a few minutes because they had none available. It didn't take more than 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready.
My friend ordered a vodka pizza slice and I tasted half. It was delicious and tasty. It was filled with flavor and had the perfect amount of sauce to cheese. The plain cheese pizza came out piping out. It was a good size and had a good amount of cheese and sauce. The sauce was fresh and looked like homemade tomato sauce. However, it lacked flavor and tasted bland. It had no salt or seasoning once so ever. I am not sure if its because they were rushing to make the pie that they forgot the spice or if that's how it is made. I wouldn't come back for the plain cheese but I would get another vodka if I was in the area.
