Sunset Bagels Cafe & Grill — Restaurant in New York

Horrible service, Horrible workers. person taking orders (Silvina) took my phone number then asked for adress, after hearing adress she transferred over to a sunset bagel that dont have the best quality as this one does but transferred with out asking me and after i called again they no longer were answering me and kept putting me on hold with no word of a such and then transferred with out asking me or warning. after calling with a different number they answered and took my order but to find out they had made the order on their behalf to get it done by their other store and wen i asked the delivery person where(which) it was coming from, he tells me it was from the store i didnt want it from due to its poor quality. whats worse is that the store didnt even notify me of this if i wouldnt of asked the delivery driver. I called the store back to tell them i sent it back because they didn't give me any notice of them doing such thing and if that was the case i would of not ordered. At that moment i spoke to another women (paola) and she said that they do that wen its busy at that store. what i dont like is that they tried to be sneaky about is because it. also i told the lady over the phone that i was going to pay by card, wen the delivery guy came he said he didnt have the machine and he wasnt told for it was going to be with card and i told him specifically asked the lady if i pay over the phone with her of with the guy and she told me the delivery guy was guna have...

Wow. I just tried this location for the first time after the bay ridge location was an utter disapointment. This location is amazing. This is how you run a business. The quality is at 1 am is just as good as youd expect in the morning. Fresh beautiful brooklyn bagels not stale hard stuff like BR. These bagels are full of creamcheese where the others had the nerve to charge a dollar when I asked for lots of creamcheese after it was one item out of a 75 dollar order. So the bacon egg and cheese is how its supposed to be with all the ingredients full of taste not like theyre tryin to make a sandwich as quick and cheap as possible . Fun menu, tons of choices, and park slope integrity right here in our neck of the woods. Only thing Id say is uber menu may be wrong for example when choosing a turkey sandwich it gives u full price of it but then you have to add 3 bucks to get it on bread, but it is on bread its a sandwich. And no way to get half or whole like on menu. Also no way to put toasted or not or even notes under which is important for clarification on allergys etc. Other than that perfect perfect perfect. Impressive! I didnt take any star away because this place was already above...

This is not my first time experiencing lack of attention at this specific location. This is the third time that I have went to this location and been disregarded. I was waiting in line for a staff to complete an order but of course a white man walks in and walks straight to the register and proceeds to order while I’m standing there and the staff member takes his order! I said “ I didn’t order yet” and she just gave me a blank stare…but why did I have to say that when you didn’t think to ask me if I placed an order while standing there ??? I go a support this location bc I have supported the owners restaurant on ave L and that was a great experience so I keep telling myself to give them another chance but NEVER AGAIN! I hate this place with a passion! I will not frequent a location that doesn’t value their customers ! I honestly did this to myself bc I’ve said numerous times I won’t go there and I shot myself in the foot!...
