Everyone in NYC has their own pizza *spot* the place they know will deliver that flavor that makes pizza from NYC the envy of the world. In my humble opinion a New York pie is best eaten straight out of the oven if you can stop in and grab a table Amadeus serves it to you steaming hot because if you're not burning the roof of your mouth with impatience at a bubbling pie, do you even love pizza? It should also be generous with it's toppings and soupy - yes this is a greasy delicious full of flavor drips on your plate style place so if you're watching calories or the type to pat your pizza with a napkin (shudder) look elsewhere. If you're looking for a pizza that you will miss after you finish eating come here.

04/13/2023 I ordered a pepperoni pizza slice $4.68 and penne pasta with alfredo sauce $16. The pepperoni pizza wasn't typically burned on the bottom, but it was greasy and a large slice, though. They did not skip on the pepperoni! I enjoyed the penne with alfredo sauce. The sauce is made in store and not from a jar. The pasta comes with a piece of crusty bread. I also received a tiny cup of Parmesan cheese in my to-go bag too. They have a small table in store where there is garlic powder and oregano seasonings. There are two tables in the back that have electrical outlets nearby if you need to charge your phone or laptop. The staff were very nice! One restroom for customers.

Famous Pizza truly lives up to its name! The food is absolutely amazing — from the perfectly crispy crust to the rich, flavorful sauce, every bite is a treat. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in their recipes. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. Daniel helped me during my visit, and he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It's service like his that makes the whole experience even better. Whether you're grabbing a quick slice or ordering for the whole family, Famous Pizza never disappoints. Highly recommend!

This used to be my go to spot every Sunday for a few years. Haven’t gone here for about 1 year due to COVID closings. I went today 3/5/21 and first off all the guy that was making the pizza didn’t have on his mask on properly and was talking over the fresh pizza pie he was making, 2nd when I asked for a few slices he took a halve of pie from underneath the table, that half of pie probably was yesterday’s left over based on the taste of it. I don’t no if indeed it was old pizza or a new brand of sauce or cheese they are trying out, but it definitely was not the same pizza taste from last year. Ive had frozen digornio thin crust pizza that taste better then there’s, sadly not going back again. You lost a customer. And please wear mask properly some gloves would be nice to as you handle people’s dirty dollar bills and change. Goodbye!!! Please Read all the one star reviews before buying there pizza.

Update: I figured I give this pizzeria another shot since 3-1/2 years went by since my last bad experience in 2021. Bad mistake, the pizza was so easy too moist, it’s as if they mixed water with the pizza sauce and the pizza was over exaggerated in soggy-ness. I’ve never been so disgusted by food in my entire life eating pizza. I’m going to find out who is the owner and tell him my experience, I’m also going to report them to the department of health to see when was the last time they had an inspection. I wonder why they changed the pizza store name?

I will never ever go to this...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have ordered from this place for over a decade. It is as though the employees get upset with too many orders placed from the same customer. The quality of the pizza has declined to the point where I will not be ordering from this place again. Old stale nauseating pizza. GROSS!!! All I was left with was an upset stomach!!! When I called the restaurant the same guy who has worked there for over a decade (thick Spanish accent) answered and could not be anymore rude or care any less!!! Instead of apologizing or trying to address the issue he just hung up. After being a loyal customer for over a decade this is an absolute slap...
