Absolutely Delicious!

I recently tried the cakes from Fusion Bites, and I was blown away! Each cake was incredibly moist, not dry at all, and had the perfect level of sweetness—not too overwhelming, just right. The fresh fruit toppings were an absolute delight; you could really taste the quality and freshness. I loved the unique flavors and the attention to detail in both taste and presentation. The matcha cake with delicate little flowers was as beautiful as it was delicious! The strawberry cake was light and fluffy, and the chocolate one had the perfect balance of rich flavor.

If you’re in Brooklyn and looking for high-quality, delicious cakes, Fusion Bites is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

I returned to this place today — I couldn’t stop thinking about the fresh ingredients from my last visit. I had the eel roll and the mango & blueberry Basque cheesecake this time. When I walked into this location and started looking at the menu, the first thing the staff member at the front said was, “Do you want a watermelon drink?” I asked him why he assumed that I wanted a watermelon drink, but he didn’t give a real response just smiled nervously. The comment felt stereotypical and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the intent, staff should be trained to avoid assumptions that can come off as insensitive or inappropriate. We’ve been coming here for years, back when it was Vivi Bubble Milk Tea. Now it’s called Fusion Bites and they’ve added more food options. My wife loves the sushi and takoyaki. Vegetarian options are mostly desserts, but when the staff found out I was vegetarian, they happily made me an avocado rice ball without bonito.
