Gemini's II — Restaurant in New York

Disgusting customer service. It’s nearly 90 degrees outside. I ordered from the restaurant located right next door (Antojito’s Mexicanos: great customer service & food five stars) sat down at the street seating which has no signs stated reserved ONLY for Gemini’s Restaurant. Absolutely NO ONE is around, I’m enjoying my pollo & this lady comes to me not even respecting to stay 6 ft away from me telling me I need to move. Absolutely rude, there’s a way to speak to people. I placed an order online at the restaurant below. They said they didn't receive it and that I had to pay cash to get my order, so I did that.

They advised me to contact MenuStar to get a refund.

Great food but be advised their online system to order, unless Uber or GrubHub, isn't functioning properly and they were unable to help me. Needless to say I have paid twice for my dinner and one way or another I'll get the refund...

Place is strange to say the least. I walked in and was greeted by food on the steam table which was a welcome sight. However the restaurant itself was incredibly dark and appeared to be operating as a club? There were bottles of alcohol on the floor behind the bar so unsure to if it was a club or not.
