The balance of flavors and textures was spot on. The shrimp fried rice was also great: aromatic, fluffy, and not greasy. The best item was the boneless fried chicken, which we had in the honey garlic sauce that was entirely mild with no heat. Next time, we might want to do a spicy sauce. You order off of a computer touchscreen (slightly confusing menu) and honestly, unless you are familiar with Korean food you will struggle to figure out what half the options are.
I went with what I know:
seafood pancake: had the right amount of crispiness and protein. sauce was tasty. Freshly made and piping hot fried chicken: this is Korean style fried chicken. The "spicy" sauce was so-so but it was crispy (yum) Kimbap: lots of available options. Went with the tuna one. Very nice
