Gino’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

When you order here please check if they gave you the correct pizza you ordered. I specifically ordered the square pizza and pointed at the square pizzas and I was asked, "How many?" and I said, "Four slices" the server only heard me say, "Four slices" and he thought I meant, "Four slices" as in (four cheese pizzas). I only found out about this once I got home, so I had to go back and they didn't exchange it. My mistake for not looking as I was distracted while paying. Honestly, how I feel about this is that they were playing dumb with me and were actually trying to get rid of their cheese pizzas. Again, if you shop here, please check the box before leaving. I get on the Q-70 every day, since it’s shop is on my way I decided to stop by and give a try.

First impressions was the rudeness of the counter person, “Yes”. No greeting at all.

As I am about to order I felt really rushed and uncomfortable because the person keeps saying, “yes”, “ yes” and “yes” and didn’t care to hear how I wanted my slices throwing it on oven, (just wanted it room temperature I was taking it to work where I could heat up myself).

I had to wait everyone else order so I could have my slices out of the oven.

Nothing special about the slice, honestly just a regular NY pizza, I have had better slices in the same neighborhood and better customer services. Definitely...

This is one of my absolute favorite pizzerias in New York City. Every time whenever I go to a NY Mets game I stop at the dugout bar for a few drinks and the people at the bar let’s us bring pizza pies there.

I ordered back on August 28th 2021 and the sausage pie really blew me away. The crust is perfect and the cheese blends in well with the sauce. I can’t wait to return!!!

I would even drive 2 and a half hours from Albany to go see you guys for pizza and hangout in the city just for that. ...
