Rite Aid — Local services in New York

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with their pharmacy. I don’t know whose the pharmacist that works on Mondays, but he has an attitude problem. I came in two month ago asking for a prescription that my doctor requested for me. Mind you I was sitting next to my doctor while she called in for my prescription. It is the first time I’m picking up from this location. They told me they have nothing of me logged into their system. Alright, that’s cool. So two months later I came in again asking about my prescription. My doctor also called a second time now. They told me they don’t have it and there’s nothing about me logged within their files. The cashier lady told my situation to the pharmacist and he literally told me that I came in on the busiest day of the week, that there are other calls “earlier” than me even though I’ve been waiting for two months, and he can’t deal with my situation. He did not apologize or show any signs of understanding on his behalf. He sounded very accusatory. Excuse me, if I literally sat right next to my doctor TWICE while she called in for a prescription do you really think I made a mistake? Extremely rude. In my personal life I have no problems with anyone. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Prescriptions are no joke, which is why I am so frustrated. There was a man who came into the store with nothing, but he got a Rite Aid shopping bag (the kind you buy), and he went into the section of the store with men's razors and shaving products. The man put shelves of items into his bag, he did not know he was being watched. The man then left the store and an employee asked the man to give the items, the man pushed the employee and tried to run. The employee got the items, but the man had a hypodermic needle and attempted to stab him with it. By this time a crowd had formed and the man also kicked him and tried to throw knees into him. No offered assistance but a few, other onlookers came to taunt and exacerbate the situation. Its a rare thing to find anymore people with character and a backbone in today's society. The man was brought in, soon after the 108th pct responded, arrested the man and recovered the weapon that the EMPLOYEE was keeping us SAFE from. Not only was he defending himself, he was defending us, as people and as customers. This is a store I am happy to go to....

Right Aid is a Cool store plus they may some things that meets my wants & needs, that sometimes Duane reade doesn't have. So I looks at Right Aid as a GOOD handy a purpose, plus I LOVE that this store 🏬🏪 has self checkouts which I uses them on regular basis, & sometimes there is No line like cashiers behind the counter!👍🏾😃 The employees are Cool & patient. And I guess I can say that the prices is reasonable. Plus I HOPE 🤞🏾 that Right Aid DOESN'T RUN OUT OF STOCK jus like the ones on Jackson Heights, & on Sunnyside that they have to close the store. 😲😟☹️ So I'm VERY GLAD & GRATEFUL that the Right Aid store in my neighborhood in Woodside, has ALWAYS been Available, & DOES NOT RUNOUT of stock (yet so...
