WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BUYER BEWARE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is one of those Chinese food places that rush you to make your order. Their sign says closes at 11. Google says 1045 which is understandable if they want to turn off their grill early. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE. I attempted to make an order at 1020 and I was rudely rushed and they literally turned off their cookware and gas as I was ordering. I was told it’s too late, they’re closing though is was not even close to 1045. They were still handing out made orders and deliveries. The most Unprofessional, rude, discourteous, disingenuous, disrespectful “service” I have ever endured. They only a 3.5 rating which means their food is likely below average/poor. I get pork instead of beef and called them to explain that they made a mistake and I would like my correct order. The guy proceeds to tell me that he has to check with his delivery guy first and that it would be an additional $2.00. First of all, why are you checking anything with the delivery guy when you messed up? Secondly, why are you trying to charge my another $2.00 for YOUR mistake!!!????? Read moreI used to order my food on here and honestly it was good but today for the first time I called because the delivery was well over an hour late the owner was rude on the phone telling me my apartment was too far, he was unapologetic and said I should order from somewhere else. I said I have ordered many times why is now an issue? I called seamless who I used to order the food and they called him. To them he was apologetic and explained what the issue was. That is not genuine. You should have been that communicative to your actual customer and this wouldn't have been an issue. Also telling someone they live too far when you have the option to choose the neighborhoods you'll deliver to is ignorant. Oh well, I will...
