Were it possible, I would give them no stars at all for the utter rip-off I endured earlier this evening. I ordered delivery to my apartment building which never arrived. When I contacted Wilber at the Pizzeria he was rude and dismissive, telling me the delivery was made to the doorman, whom I put on the phone that moment to confirm that no such thing had happened. He then accused me and the doorman of lying and that, in any case, it wasn't his problem. He also lied and said they were busy but I called literally at 11am when they opened. Customer service is everything and the rudeness is definitely what made me want to even...
