Luv N Oven Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Were it possible, I would give them no stars at all for the utter rip-off I endured earlier this evening. I ordered delivery to my apartment building which never arrived. When I contacted Wilber at the Pizzeria he was rude and dismissive, telling me the delivery was made to the doorman, whom I put on the phone that moment to confirm that no such thing had happened. He then accused me and the doorman of lying and that, in any case, it wasn't his problem. Clearly unhinged this evening, Mr. Wilber seems to have utterly flunked his customer service class at Pizza school. It's no fun to get strung out for two hours for a dumb pizza that never shows up and get called a liar for...

I went in for a too-good-to-go order at the time stated on the app and the manager tried to ask me to leave and then come back in 10-15 minutes. (Fix it in the app instead and don't yell at me! I had no idea.)

There was also a man (maybe homeless?) Inside who kept harassing me loudly and verbally and not a single employee even looked over. I took my pizza as soon as I could and ran out.

It was about $5 for 2 slices of pizza (not worth it) and the pizza wasn't very good either.

Maybe you'll have a better experience when you go in, but I'm for sure never...

Loved their pizza but the customer service is horrible. I tried to order food online but couldn’t find a slice and beef Pattie on their delivery sight. So I decided to call them and when I say the rudest man ever at a pizza shop picked up. First call he hung up the phone on me and the 2nd call he basically screamed at me for not knowing where to find those items.
