Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in New York

Before the nys imposition of the elimination of plastic bags, supermarkets will charge a 5 cents paper bag fee, the customer service was OK, the food ok..... Since then this rogue supermarket doesn't have any 5 cents bags that forces clients to purchase $1.00 bag to bag their groceries including medicaid and wic recipients..... What a RIPOFF.... Imagine if 10,000 consumers walked in and purchased something BRAVO supermarket would have earned $10,000 /day just from the sales of reusable bags.... BRAVO also displays expired dairy products, that I accidentally purchased. The prepackaged ALL NATURAL chicken is so plump with antibiotics.... It suggests only the labels are natural, antibiotics, and hormones free..... and many more things.......

This supermarket would get the 5 stars if it wasn’t that every time I go to the deli the deli person is always so rude, which is why I stopped going here when I just need to buy cold cuts, it’s so unpleasant always receiving an attitude from them. I live on Steinway st but like to come here because I tend to find more specials than the other supermarkets in the area but I do highly recommend coming in the mornings because it’s not too busy and the cashier in the morning is a very nice lady who has been there before it became a bravo supermarket plus she’s also very attentive so it makes my morning shopping easier and more smooth. Very nice store to shop just very over priced in most of their item and the meat forget about it the quality of the meat is not worth the prices that they're charging so I prefer bizarre I'm sorry to say but bizarre is a better place for people to shop in this day and time with price is so high they offer discount prices and their quality of me is much higher worth the price and their people are very nicer they Bodyguard the front door the side door in Bravo Supermarket the managers need to sometimes put a smile on their face if they're going to stand up and guard the front door on your way in and on your way out at least say hello what have a nice smile...
