Delicious meal, unbeatable service. Will be coming back!

We came to Indian Kitchen at 10pm on a Monday thinking it would probably be too late to be served, but we were given a warm welcome even as very late diners, and still served with utmost attention and care.

We started with the shrimp pori, served in a slightly spicy tomato masala with fresh, hot flaky poori bread— delightful appetizer. Also happened to get the last mango lassi of the night, a triumph and ever-perfect accompaniment to our dishes.

For entrees, we ordered the chicken Dhanshak and the special Karahi, which the owner let us in on as his favorite dish on the menu. Reader, the Karahi is a MUST. Smoky, flavorful, delicious— it comes out in a piping hot sizzling cast iron pot/wok that we later learned has to be fired on high for a full 10-15 minutes to bring out the dish’s deep flavor. Chicken for both dishes was perfectly cooked and juicy. Dhanshak was also delicious— harmonious warm spices with lentils and spinach. All with a generous serving of fluffy, hot basmati rice.

Even though we were stuffed, we were served complimentary rice kheer for dessert that rounded off the meal nicely. Compliments to the owner and the talented chef who were kind enough to serve us as if it were Friday peak. 100% would come back again to try more...

I had a fantastic dining experience at Indian Kitchen, and I can't praise it enough. From the moment my group of 7 people walked in, we were greeted with outstanding hospitality. Manzu, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued.

The food at Indian Kitchen was simply delicious. Every dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity. From the flavorful curries to the perfectly baked naan, it was a true culinary delight. What made the experience even more special was the generosity of Manzu, who surprised us with a variety of complimentary dishes that showcased the chef's skills and the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, Manzu graciously allowed us to enjoy some drinks, enhancing our overall dining experience. His attentiveness and the friendly service of the staff made the evening memorable.

I highly recommend Indian Kitchen to anyone seeking an authentic Indian dining experience with exceptional food and wonderful hospitality. It's clear that this restaurant takes great pride in making their guests feel like cherished patrons, and I can't wait to return for another delightful meal. Thank you to Manzu and the entire team at Indian Kitchen for a...

The food was fantastic! It felt like we were back in India. I don't usually write online reviews unless I'm impressed, but this restaurant deserves all the five stars it gets.

While exploring the area, my friends and I stumbled upon Indian Kitchen in Brooklyn. Since it was freezing outside and we hadn't had North-Indian food in a while, we decided to switch our dinner plans and give Indian Kitchen a try. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this restaurant had excellent ratings and reviews online, which made us even more excited to try their food.

The menu provided a range of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. We began with samosa chaat and Kachori as appetizers, followed by Naan, Garlic naan, Paneer makhni, and vegetable tikka masala for our main course. We also ordered some lassi, which was excellent. The heater was not functioning in the restaurant on the day we went, but the staff was kind enough to offer us complimentary chai, extra vegetable tikka masala, and a delicious kheer for dessert.

We were more than satisfied with the service and the food. I wish I could give them more than five stars for their outstanding...

1/5 for food, 5/5 for service and 3/5 for the atmosphere It’s interesting that this place has 4.8 average rating based on 1000 or so reviews. But when you scroll through the reviews, you can see that most of those stellar reviews aren’t from desis, which itself can serve as an indicator that something is amiss. We visited Indian Kitchen on an early Friday evening and were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the host greeted us warmly. We got the Gobi Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Naan and Chai. They use a lot of artificial color in food, and the flavour is largely missing. The Gobi Manchurian was quite salty and bland, and so was the Chilli Chicken. We were hoping the Chilli Chicken to be an Indo-Chinese dish, but it wasn’t. It was a dish prepared with just some chicken thrown in a spicy gravy with too much color. We couldn’t finish our food. We appreciated that our server kept bringing us extra food, and was quite attentive. The restroom could use some deep cleaning. If you’re looking for an authentic Indian restaurant where dishes have a lot of flavours, I would keep looking.

I indulge in an exquisite dining experience at an esteemed Indian restaurant that left a lasting impression. The stellar Vindaloo showcased a harmonious blend of spices, offering a rich and nuanced flavor profile. The Garlic Naan was impeccably crafted, boasting a delightful texture and subtle garlic infusion. The Tandoori Chicken was undoubtedly the star of the evening, exuding tenderness and an enticing smokiness that was simply irresistible. Accompanying these delights were a luscious rice pudding and a vegetable curry that captivated the palate with its aromatic spices. Our dining experience was elevated further by the exceptional service we received from Monzu. His attentiveness, knowledge, and warm demeanor truly enhanced our evening. One of the restaurant's distinguishing features is its welcoming policy of allowing guests to bring their own beer or alcohol, enhancing the convivial atmosphere. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for its exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and inviting ambiance. It is truly a culinary gem worth experiencing.
