Jessi's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

No frills place for breakfast bagels, burritos, tortas, and other non-breakfast fare. Even pancakes, though I only had the immune booster juice and veggie breakfast burrito. Pastries, yogurts, and smoothies too. Don’t let the simple storefront fool you though! It’s as efficient as it is compact, like a lot of unassuming spots in BK. The “mom” working the front is easygoing, as are a lot of the people passing in and around the shop. Food was fresh, not overly done or salted; a good deal for these qualities and in comparison to surrounding spots. This is my first time but it’s so cozy it feels like I’ve here before....

I work in the area and had heard good things about Jessi’s but I honestly don’t carry cash around much. Today I had cash and walked in to get a coffee before work. I saw their specials included an Iced horchata latte and it sounded delicious so i tried it. WOW! Delicious, fantastic, amazing, exhilarating! Forgot to take a picture of it because i was so excited to try it. They also have a lot of breakfast items and treats to choose from. Definitely gave me a reason to carry cash...
