Decided to stop in and was so excited they had Tom Yum noodles! My boyfriend ordered regular spice and I was a little worried, but it was delicious!! Like a slow burn but not too much to make it unenjoyable 🌶️ It was the perfect amount of spice and sour and I was in loveeee. If you’re a Tom Yum enjoyer, this is a MUST ORDER! I believe you can pick seafood or beef, but it also had tofu skin, fungus, enoki mushrooms, (another white mushroom I forgot the name of 😭), tomatoes, cabbage, quail egg, so much yummy stuff! All my friends also enjoyed their meals except the friend who got the mala which was too spicy for them, but it still looked delicious! I also liked that they hand you a tablet to order so there’s no need to stress and rush, just add what you want to cart and give it back to the servers! The food came out fast and the portions were amazing for the price! I have another whole meal after eating as much as I could for only $16! The servers were friendly and packed our meals togo for us! 🥹 There was also a promotion when we came in for buy 4 meals get 1 free so that was a pleasant surprise! I’ll definately need to stop by again whenever I’m...
Read moreTheir specialty fish maw soup was very comforting and delicious with a lot of good ingredients. You can tell the soup was made in-house not just powder/msg. Chicken pieces in the soup were well seasoned and tender, and the soup had a good amount of Chinese herbs, but didn't make the broth bitter or anything. The addition of corn kernels lended to a nice sweet and crunchy bite. The soup-less spicy mixed noodles from the other side of the menu was okay. A bit too dry, so the noodle were kind of sticking together and did not lend to an enjoyable mouthfeel. I added some broth from the noodle soup in the mix noodles and it was great. Good spice and a good portion of toppings (I ordered the specialty bowl with all three ingredients). Really quick and friendly service. The place was clean and modern, but nothing to write home about. I would come back because the fish maw soup was great, but def on the pricey side for a weeknight meal. I guess it's worth it if you're in the mood to splurge on some fish maw cuz they put a decent amount...
Read moreWe ordered the Shredded Potato Salad, Supreme Fish Maw Chicken Soup Rice Noodle, Sauerkraut Beef Tripe Rice Noodle, and Original Bone Broth Pork Intestine Rice Noodle.
The Shredded Potato Salad was crunchy and had nice texture but was very under-seasoned.
The Supreme Fish Maw soup was very flavorful and the noodle texture was ok, but the chicken was a bit tough. The variety of toppings was good though.
The Sauerkraut soup lacked a bit of salt and umami, maybe because it had a very little amount of sauerkraut. Asked for chili oil and they gave us and that made it better. Tripe was cooked well though
The bone broth soup was bland however, and desperately needed the chili oil.
Atmosphere was not good due being very hot outside and not strong enough air...
