I ordered a matcha (not coffee!) and was helped by a staff member who was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive. She took the time to walk me through options, made helpful recommendations, and didn't hesitate when I came back to ask for extra ice. She was just lovely. They also had some really nice treats, like matcha balls and chocolate bites etc which looked fresh and thoughtfully made. The only French thing about it was the "Le" in its name. The coffee they served was Colombian and not up to the mark. Even the Latte I ordered was not good. I had to add about five packets of sugar to make it drinkable. The pastries they had were quite basic. The service was lovely.
