ViVi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in New York

I always get sick from a drink here. I get a headache, nausea and vomit every time. I was hesitant to go here again after that, but I doubted and didn't think it's actually from here. But recently, I tried it out again and it proved that it's the milk tea from here. I was feeling sick, having headaches for many hours and later that night, I ended up throwing up. I always get a plasticky taste in the drink itself as well. I’m a lover of bubble tea, I’ve tried many other brands and never had this problem. I'm not sure if it's the cleanliness or if they use toxic ingredients, but I really don't recommend here. This is the only bubble tea place near me, but I’m never going back again.

Addition to that, the cashier (girl) is very rude and unprofessional all the time which doesn’t seem to change. Even just taking the order, she has an attitude. One day, I asked for a receipt and she frown, rolled her eyes — said irritably that they don’t give receipts because they use it to look at when making the drinks. It was so strange and didn’t make sense at all. I’ve never been to a store or restaurant that said that or did not give it...

This is the worst place ever!!! Don’t waste your money. However, I wanted a quick Ramen. Instead for the same price or $1-$2 more I should have gone to a Raman Restaurant. I thought this would better being close. I thought, how bad could it be? I was wrong! For $9 the ramen was so SMALL and cheap. The noodles were not even real ramen noodles. They were so thin. And there were NO veggies hardly... the bowl had 3 kernels of corn, 2 wood eat 1/2 of fish cake and 1/2 egg... It was terrible. And everything else is Fried! Not to mention the staff is nasty! One girl was nice but the other was very snippy like she was doing you a favor by coming in !!!!! Oh yeah, an FYI she wanted me to pay $1 because I asked for a glass of tap water !!!!! Seriously, really!!! How cheap can you get. I will make sure NEVER to return there. Sorry, places with food that is inferior, cheap quality, chinch-y and with snarky non-accommodating staff WILL...

ok so hear me out. i usually get boba from ViVi on 14st. i wanted boba the other day but i live way too far from the one on 14st so i decided to come to this one, which is closer to my house. there couldn't be anything different about both boba places right? well i was wrong. i'm giving this specific place one star because when i went with my family for boba we felt as if we didn't feel welcomed. the lady at the cashier was being really rude as she kept rolling her eyes when we tried ordering. very unprofessional. not only that but the boba was just disgusting. my slush wasn't fully blended and bits of ingredients were floating in my drink. the other drinks were also just not as tasty. they tasted bland and uncooked. it was over all an awful experience as we ended throwing them out. they belonged in the garbage. i will not be going back to this place, rude staff and...
