I believe this place is truly 100% racist

As I walked up to the restaurant The Host told me that they were doing reservation only so I didn't have a problem with that I asked him with the wait time was going to be he seemed a bit jittery and he said anywhere for 20 to 25 minutes which I didn't see the problem is but then he kept suggesting for us to leave and go to other restaurants as we were leaving I saw that they had an outdoor patio when I suggested that I eat there it seems like he was reluctant to let us sit when we sat down it took about 10 minutes for a waiter to get to us every time I kept asking questions about the menu I felt like I was rushed and they wanted to hurry up and Feed Us the pasta that I received was undercook and the other spaghetti dish was too spicy and over seasoned when I went to pay the bill I noticed that they up charged us for food that said a solid price on the menu something that was supposed to be $4 came out to be $9 when I asked why I wasn't the stated on the menu my response was that I should have asked the waiter when the waiter was supposed to tell me that it was going to be an upcharge of $9 and then they added an 18% gratuity automatically when they didn't have the tap process for me to pay for my food I told them that I had to go to my car to get my card as they proceeded to follow me to the car and made me completely uneasy when I spoke to the manager he basically said that's the set prices on the menu and then I didn't have to pay the gratuity if I didn't want to I felt like the gratuity was unnecessary because I don't think they were serving me in the way they should have them walking to my car make me completely feel very uneasy on top of that I have a very young child so that happening made me completely feel bothered by the entire situation mind you I was the only black person in there that they did that to so I recommend you go somewhere else I believe this establishment is run by...

My friend and I came here for a quick late-night meal. The atmosphere was pretty good — cozy enough to relax after a long day. We ordered the chicken parm with a side of spaghetti. The dish was alright overall, but the chicken was noticeably thin, and while the cheese was okay, it didn’t really make up for the lack of substance.

Service-wise, it could’ve been better. We only got checked in once and one refill of our drinks. The real issue, though, was with the bill. There was already an automatic 18% gratuity included, which we noticed. Which I didn’t mind at all. But after leaving, I realized they added another 18% tip on top, even though I never checked or selected anything to approve that. They just added it in voluntarily. This 36% layer on top of a 1.3% service fee is outlandish. Please pay your waiters correctly and stop having to rely on tips. a tip is supposed to be a ‘gratuity’ meaning a voluntary gift to reward good or exceptional service. It's not meant to be automatic. If it's expected no matter the quality of service, it stops being a gesture of appreciation and just becomes an unofficial extra fee. Built-in Gratitude Isn't gratitude!

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. HORRIBLE. If -10 were an option, our experience would’ve been a -20. Never go here.

It was Christmas Eve, and my family and I were excited to eat Italian food. As soon as we entered, the waitress side-eyed at us and, without a greeting or even an introduction, handed us the menus. While we were deciding what to eat, Mr. Gonzalez comes up to us and insists we quickly order and leave within 30 minutes because there was a so-called “100 person reservation” coming. We asked the table next to us who also recently arrived if they were told to leave and dine within 30 minutes, and they said no. It’s highly suspicious that the only Asian family in the entire restaurant was told this lie, which was a clear ploy to get us to leave.

It’s clear to me and many others (as evidenced by the other 1 star reviews) that this establishment is owned and staffed by racists. Our entire experience tonight was filled with incidents of micro aggressions, which was extremely hurtful because my family and I just wanted to have a nice Christmas Eve meal together. If you are a person of color or simply do not support this rhetoric, I urge you to avoid this restaurant and find one worth spending your...
