UPDATE Oct 2024: My sister and my mother went there (unfortunately) to get some beef patties. Next thing we know my sister is sitting in the emergency room and was diagnosed with E. Coli. My sister only ate the beef patty from this place and this is what she gets LOL. My dad told one of the employees that works there about the situation and they asked him if my sister heated up the beef patty?!?! (Yes she did microwave the beef patty before eating after buying the beef patty and going home) Although, y’all have your food contaminated!!! Beware of this place!
UPDATE 2024:
I only went here again after my sister insisted that I buy a pizza for her. I thought that this place had changed and it hadn’t. Poor customer service and employees like to talk crap about their customers in front of their faces AS PER USUAL. I deal with customer service daily at my job, but the extent of their disorganization and professionalism when it comes to dealing with their customers' orders and, at the very least, maintaining some respect is out of one's mind.
A new employee with dirty blonde hair is a young guy who has an obnoxious way when it comes to dealing with customers (aka likes to talk crap about their customers in everybody’s face.). This guy called me “dramatic” when I noticed and I told him he was adding my order to another customer’s order. Hence, the other guy (the customer) I didn't know was about to pay for my order.
All the good reviews that are on this are either by the employees or customers who had a good experience when the OWNER WAS THERE!
IF YOU WANT A GOOD ASS PIZZA GO TO “PIZZA PARK” at 66th Street and 1st Avenue. At the very least they have DECENT PIZZA and FOOD and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

2022: I used to order a lot in this place, but now they act like gloves don’t exist. They used their bare hands to touch pizzas and everything. I don’t even know if they even touch uncooked meats and then transfer bacteria onto the cooked pizzas and other food and give it to the customers.
I ordered a chicken roll, and he deadass cut it on the counter next to the cash register without anything below the chicken roll-up. It could’ve had a thin foil or something under it…wtf! You guys pissed me off even more when you disrespected my mother over the phone as well when she was ordering pizza. Never...
Read moreI recently visited Lunetta Pizza Store and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything seemed to go wrong with my order. I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza and a large salad, expecting a delicious meal. However, what I received was far from satisfactory.
To my dismay, the buffalo chicken pizza was completely devoid of any chicken. It was as if the essential ingredient had vanished into thin air. Not only that, but the pizza was made incorrectly with tomato sauce instead of the expected buffalo sauce. It was a complete letdown, lacking the flavors I had been eagerly anticipating.
On top of that, the large salad I ordered turned out to be a sad sight. The greens were wilted and unappetizing, clearly past their prime. To make matters worse, I discovered mold on some of the papers that came with the salad. It was not only unhygienic but also a health hazard.
Seeking to address these issues, I decided to call the store and express my concerns. However, the response from the manager was shockingly disrespectful and rude. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes and offering a solution, they treated me with utter disregard and dismissed my complaint.
As a customer, I believe it is essential for businesses to prioritize the quality of their products and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Lunetta Pizza Store failed on both counts. The missing chicken, incorrect toppings, wilted salad, and moldy papers were all clear signs of negligence. Furthermore, the unprofessional behavior of the manager only added insult to injury.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lunetta Pizza Store to anyone. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of care and respect from a food establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and prompts the necessary improvements to ensure a better dining experience for...
Read moreI used to order food from Lunetta 2-3 times a week. On 3/7/23 I ordered eggplant dinner. I can overlook the eggplant being dry but it's hard to eat it without utensils. When restaurants forget to send something, they apologize and send the item a.s.a.p. I work in the neighborhood. I don't carry utensils on me. I Called Lunetta and told them they forgot the fork and knife. They said it was in the bag when it clearly wasn't. So I guess I'm a liar!! They said ok but never returned with the fork and knife. So I bought plastic forks and knifes at a near by store. I called them about having to buy utensils. They informed me that I have to ask them to bring me what they forgot in the first place. So the reason I didn't get the utensils because I didn't ask them to bring it. So not only am I a liar but this was MY FAULT TOO. I told them that I was going to leave this on their review and was told that I better not. DON'T EVER THREATENED ME!!! So They lost a good paying customer over a plastic fork and knife. I'm not saying this will happen to you but it did happen to me. That's my personal experience I had...
