Masseria Caffè — Restaurant in New York

Absolutely loved our time at Masseria Café! The space is warm and welcoming, and the desserts? Next-level delicious. What made the experience truly unforgettable was our server, Athena — she was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. She even surprised us with three brownies alongside our dessert, and they were divine! Free cold water was a great touch too.

Can’t recommend this place enough — especially if you’re lucky enough to be taken care of...

Horrible customer service. I placed a large order and the server said she will box it for me. I said ok, great, thanks! I will be right back, forgot my wallet in the car. I walk back in with my wallet about 2-3 minutes later, the items I ordered were sold to the customer behind me. The server didn't believe I would come back. Confused because she would have still been boxing everything I ordered in the 2-3 minutes it took me to get my wallet. Will never return to this...

BEST coffee (flat white) and biscotti in nyc, and I am an Italian coffee enthusiast. Staff are so warm too, lucky to have this in my neighbourhood.

edit: I have now tasted their tiramisu as a treat - delightfully light, perfectly-soaked sponge and not overly sweet, just as it should be.

Their staff are just the most friendly warm and wonderful people, a pleasure to be a part of the neighbourhood with folk like these to see...
