After the renovation this place was flooded with homeless people and an Uber Eats encampment outside. I went in about 9:30 this morning and why was there a homeless lady (Ms. W) whom the staff called by name seated right in front the entryway scratching the crusty scabs off of her feet🤨. Obviously she is a regular Patron. I tried to ignore her and went to the register, saw another homeless woman seated with no sneaker laces, quiet but nodding and behind me was another woman with a big spread of personals on the table sleeping peacefully on her arm which hung off the table by the window. Ms. W, proceeded to follow me 2 register and I asked her to step back as I place my order. She complied moving over 2 ft. As if it were a cha cha slide tryout. Although my food was being prepared behind the counter I was grossed out by the atmosphere of the homeless people being allowed to hang out there. Even more alarming a gentleman came in with the dog who put his paws up on the counter to see what was taking so long with his scooby snack. The owner told him to get down and he immediately complied however I normally I go through the drive-thru but I am glad I went inside so that I know what is going on in there. I asked for the manager she came out quickly and I told her they need to mop that floor with that lady set at the table picking the flakes off of her feet and the manager assign someone immediately. I do not recommend sitting down to eat here at all and spoke to a few of my friends and said they do not anymore either because of the homeless frequenting the restaurant. Its ok to enter 2 purchase but get a quick nap, nod out or scratch scans off ur...
Read moreIf the kiosk/screen monitor is not giving out receipts after an order, nobody replaces the receipt papers for a long time if at all, and so if you didn’t see your order number on the screen after the order is completed or don’t remember the number after it flashes on the screen quickly, you may not get your order for a long time. Also the staff call your order number once, twice or three times within a few seconds and if you don’t hear it or get it that one time they call it (because you may have stepped away or been in the restroom) they just put the food somewhere and forget about it for a long time until you ask about it probably several times, instead of calling your order number every 5 to 10 minutes like many other well ran places do. A lot of waste of time every time i order here. No attention to detail at all with how this Mcdonalds is running. And lack of care and concern for quality food for the customer. Many times i have gotten cold burgers from here because staff makes food and doesn’t make sure folks get their orders in a timely fashion after it is done, and they sometimes call the numbers on the orders verbally low as well when the Mcdonalds is “noisy” and packed full of people. Ridiculous. Can’t hardly get a decent “hot” meal from here. Not sensible at all. A packed noisy Mcdonalds and you as staff call someones order number once or not at all, and forget about it, even though the customer paid… for “hot”...
Read moreI come here often, the service is ALWAYS slow. Incredibly slow for "fast food." And dismissive - there's rarely someone up front, and there have been many times I'm standing and waiting right at the counter for a mobile order (with several other people, some Uber Eats couriers) that is clearly on the shelf in front of us and no one acknowledges any of us. Next time I'm just going to hop the counter lol. Today I saw a customer order 2 SAUCES, nothing else, and they waited maybe 5min. I've never experienced such a slow and disorganized restaurant before. I recently asked for a refund for an item they forgot to bag (forgetting something is nbd, it happens, it was only the second forgotten item out of maybe 20 orders here). Manager (I'm assuming) rolled her eyes when I said I wanted a refund instead of a replacement. Then proceeded to short change me $1.19!! I'd intended to order something else as well, but I was so shocked and annoyed that I just left. I work in customer service, I know it's hard, but oh my god!!...
