THEY IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS FOR KETCHUP, NAPKINS, JELLY, SUGAR PACKS & OTHER FREE ITEMS AS IF THEY MAY BE KEEPING & COLLECTING THEM & BRINGING IT ALL HOME FOR THEMSELVES & THEIR FAMILIES.

(IF THEY KEEP YOUR 10 REQUESTED NAPKINS PER ORDER X 100 PEOPLES ORDERS = 1,000 NAPKINS THAT "SOMEONE" AT THIS MCDONALDS MAY BE BRINGING HOME & POSSIBLY STEALING IT ALL.

Shame on McDonald for their ridiculous towing restriction. Is a complete and utter scam. McDonald probably implemented it and then collect 50% kickback from the Cyclone City Towing Company that they hired to tow your car while you eat here. JUST WATCH OUT CAUSE THE TOWING COMPANY IS WATCHING FOR SUCKERS!!!

I parked my car and went in to use the bathroom for about 15min since my stomach wasn't feeling well. After the bathroom, I took a call and was probably on the phone for another 10 mins or so then I proceeded to purchase my food. Wait was another 8 mins or so. I finally got my food, ate and left only to discover that my car was towed. They towed it in 9 mins after I entered the building, I learned it after the fact. The reason Cyclone gave was that I left the building and went to the DMV. He said he was watching me. I told him my story but he accused me of lying. He (Ambrose is the nasty towing truck driver) said to me, "you probably walk to the DMV didn't you?" I knew there is no point arguing with him. Knowing that it is 32 degree outside and that I needed my car to head back to Staten Island, he extorted me by lying to me saying the release location was closed and that I needed to wait till Monday to collect my car or pay him $275 to get it the same day. It was only 3:30 pm when the truck driver went to pick up my car from the release location yet he lied to me saying the location is closed today. If it is closed, then how can he get the car??? This is plain and simple extortion. He knew you have no other way out but to pay him. I didn’t have any option. It was windy and cold at 32F so without any option, I paid and left. $275 dollar Fish Fillet. This is so unethical and just plain old extortion and he knew it. Just watch out or...

Came there to buy food and coffee and drop my wife on street, but forgot wallet in my wife bag(because we been on beach on coney island) , ran away for 2 minutes to take my wallet back , and didnt find my car on parking lot. I went there to eat, i m customer, parking was empty and i didnt find my car. Is it fare? I even didnt see any signs near my car. 1 guy came to me and tell me that they towed my car but he knows towing car driver personal cell phone number and he called him for me. Maybe it was his friend who work in McDonald’s or somebody else and its business. Then when i got my car back , i saw that he was towing my car incorrect way. My car is 4 wheel drive and it need flatbread tow truck, not small pickup. I ask him who gonna pay for Damage on my car and he tolled Me that my car is rear wheel drive which was false. How he know that? He damaged my car suspension, also i got couple New scratches on my car. He was towing My car even if it was on parking(automatic transmission) And towing company driver start yelling on me, was very rude and unprofessional. He dropped my car in the middle of The road and almost drive on my legs. He even didnt give me any recite. And I supposed to pay cash them. You think why the put atm machine in mcdonalds which anyway take cash on register?!
