I think the atmosphere was really nice. I think the people were friendly as far as the one to clean the table, cleans the bathroom, but the only thing I will have to say that I was very extremely disappointed. Is that being visually impaired and being told that I had to order from the Self-serve machine, the self-serve machine was really disappointed and when I asked, why can’t you take my order here because it’s hard for me to see they said what else the only option you have so I will say it is a disappointed, having a disability going into a restaurant and wanting to order something and because of your disability Basically being punished as far as them not wanting to properly help you because they’re too lazy to push a couple buttons on the machine or because they want to do something they’re on way but unfortunately, as I found with a lot of businesses that are like that it’s mainly the people themselves they’re operating those machines because you know what it’s people like that that one day. I hope that they have to experience the same situation and then maybe they think back on it realistically those type of people probably wouldn’t they really will never care about it but Anyways, that is my disappointed but the tables are very clean. Read more*MR. MARVIN/MARVELL YOU WILL BE GETTING FIRED. THIS IS THE THIRD MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT THIS LOCATION. I WENT TO ORDER A SMALL CAFE TO GET THROUGH. MY OVER NIGHT F.S.D SHIFT. SO I ORDERED WITH A WORKER NAMED MARVIN AS THE CASHIER. PLACED MY ORDER SMOOTHLY BUT FORGOT TO INFORM HIM I COULDN'T DRINK WHOLE MILK. HE PROCEED TO ANSWER WITH BROKEN ENGLISH THAT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. SO I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS HE SAYING I COULD NOT UNDER STAND. SO HE REPEATED BUT STILL NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. SO I ASK A MALE YOUNG WORKER NEAR HIM WHAT DID HE SAY. THE YOUNGER LOOKING DUDE TOOK OVER MY ORDER TO DEFUSE THE ISSUE IN WHICH HE SPOKE PROPER UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH. HE PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN THEY ONLY HAD WHOLE MILK SO I SUGGESTED JUST A REGULAR LARGE COFFEE TO REPLACE THE CAFE. WHEN I LEAVE THE. COUNTER I HEAR THE YOUNG MAN AND MARVIN BADLY TALKING ABOUT ME. SO I GO BACK TO THE FRONT AND ASK FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND (MARVIN NAME). THE YOUNG GUY BLATANTLY LAUGHS IN MY FACE TELLING ME HE CAN'T GIVE IT TO ME. WHILE MARVIN OS SCREAMING CALLING ME "DUMMY" AND OTHER NAMES WHILE I'M TELLING HIM HE IS UNPERFESSIONAL. I WILL BE THERE AGAIN TOMORROW MORNING TO MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT. Read more1st off ONLY reason why I got it (McDonald's) was because of my baby he wanted it. EVERY TIME I was at the kiosk it kept crashing. So I couldn't order then it said do u wanna pay at register or at the kiosk I chose the register as soon as I got up there to pay they tell me they don't take money so that means I got to go back and redo the whole thing all over so I can pay, so when I went back to redo the whole thing over to pay guess what the kiosk crashed again. I even went so far as getting the app on my phone. The kiosk order thing whatever you want to call it crashed about seven times now mind you I'm a patient person everyone knows that but 7 times don't you think that's a bit too much? And all I was getting was some chicken nuggets french fries and a burger for my baby who is 8yrs besides prices which is ridiculous to me I was going to treat him to an expensive freaking meal at McDonald's so glad I took my money and went to Burger King's which they had a kiosk in there too but I didn't have half the issues I had in Burger King's that I had at McDonald's so that's all I said I don't think I ever go back to McDonald's again not that...
