Target locking up everything to prevent theft is the worst solution ever! The root problem is lack of security at store locations to discourage thieves, not access to common store goods for their customers. These buttons don’t work if I have to wait over 15mins to get one item at a time. I’ll rather order online than go to a store and waste my time. To have these work, they need to hire more people to be stationed throughout the store with keys to help customers open each display case. But if there’s a robbery with weapons, store employees will open these display cases anyways, under duress. So again, this is a bad idea Target! The issue is not specific to this target location so I gave it two stars instead of just one. This location use to be great and it’s a big store with everything you need from groceries to electronics. One stop shopping.

This is a very disorganized Target location. If you’re stopping by for just a few things it can also be worth the trip to go to another location if you’re not coming from very close by. This location is often out of everyday food items like eggs and bread. Many items listed as being in stock on the website and in their own inventory tracking system are not actually in stock. Some of the employees will try to help customers, but most of their employees always seem new with little or no training. There are also a lot of staff members who are openly unhelpful or rude.

This Target is part of Queens Center Mall which means it shares it's location with Best Buy, Macy's, Outback Steakhouse, RedLobster, and other little clothing shops. Parking is available, as are banks across the street, Chase, Bank Of America. This Target is open till midnight 7 days a week. We'll stocked but there are HEAVY ACTIVITY days like Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday where it can get pretty packed which leads to long lines when you're ready to checkout. My biggest gripe about this location is there are plenty of cashier lanes available but for whatever their reasons, the management, which appears to be a group in their early to mid twenties, which 90% or more of the entire staff is made up of as well by the way, prefer to fill less than half with actual cashiers which can lead to waiting close to an hour at times to purchase your items and get out. The best time to go is when they open up until about 1-2 pm on week days. When school let's out and when people get off of work, it gets packed pretty quickly. Oh and they never have the weekly ad available so make a list of what you need or use the weekly ad you get with the Sunday paper to know what is on sale. Oh and make sure to watch the items being rung up to be sure you get ALL of the items you purchase at their listed sale price. Sometimes you'll see an item priced one way but if you dont catch it before you pay or leave the store, you might be overcharged for a few items which DOES add up in the total price. It usually happens when you purchase a lot of items. I, personally, have had between $15-$20 in overcharges, or sale items given at regular price at least 4-5 out of 10 times I have shopped there. Overall, it's a very good Target that is run pretty well. I dont use public toilets so I can't really speak on the average condition of the restrooms but the one or two times I have had to pee, the bathroom was pretty clean. Just the sinks were a mess from morons who don't understand the importance of keeping the water IN the sink and not splashing it all over the sink and the floor or proper disposal of paper towel to dry your hands! Hope this helps. Have...

Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees, a Latin female sales assistant, at the bedding department located to the right upon exiting the elevator on the second floor. It is most unfortunate that I must report that her demeanor was notably unhelpful and distinctly arrogant.

Upon several occasions, I sought assistance with queries regarding your products, only to be met with either non-responses or inadequate information. Her inattention was palpable, as she seemed more engaged in her private reveries than in her duties. This lack of professional decorum not only hindered my shopping experience but also reflected poorly on the establishment's standards of customer service.

It is with hope that I bring this matter to your attention, trusting that you will address this issue with the seriousness it warrants. Enhancing staff training on customer interaction and service etiquette might prevent such an experience from recurring.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in your...
