MomenTea Kitchen - W 14th St — Restaurant in New York

This morning I was craving for pho but I was running out of time so I came to momen tea. Unfortunately it wasn't the greatest experience with them and will not return because all the drinks I have ordered was not that great along with poke bowl.

The drink area there's two workers but actually only one is working and the other one no idea what was he doing. The girl was busy running around to make the drinks but the guy was just standing and smiling. When it got busier he started to help out.

I dont know how this place has really good reviews but "Everyone please dont trust the reviews because I regret it a lot today for making my trip to there.

I ordered two super fruit oolong tea, cheese dragonfruit tea, mango yakult, passionfruit party. The drinks I had today was cheese dragonfruit tea with rainbow jelly. All the drinks I had ordered was terrible. Some of the drinks were watered down and no flavour to it.

I prefer just go to mogee tea instead. Their drinks are freshly made unlike this one use powder and syrup to their drinks.

There poke bowl station there is two guys working there. One of them has a smile but the other one was giving angry faces which really was turn off. And their dessert on the menu I highly dont recommend. It's not worth that price & just too sweet. Their spicy tuna bowl comes with chunk of tuna and poured spicy mayo on top. Other places their spicy tuna are chopped up and looks delicious but my friend who at the spicy tuna bowl had said to me it should be better than this.

I bought two bubble teas and who took my order made whatever he wanted instead of what I asked for even though I repeated it. One was a rose milk tea with boba, no ice. Instead, half of it was ice and it was made with green tea instead of black (for what I know, by defalt flavoured teas are made with black tea and you can choose green), so I had to throw it away because green tea increases my blood pressure. The other one was a peach oolong tea with herbal jelly. Instead, I received a lychee with an unknown tea and boba. I asked to make what I asked for and they only changed the boba for grass jelly, which later I noticed looked moldy. So, at the end, two bubble teas...

Terrible Online Ordering Experience

Do not order from this place—at least not through their website. I placed an online order, which was outsourced to DoorDash for delivery. After a long wait, the driver falsely marked the order as delivered, but I never received it. I tried calling the driver, but he didn’t pick up.

My issue is less with the driver and more with MomenTea. When I called them, they took ZERO responsibility for the failed delivery. DoorDash confirmed they refunded the payment to MomenTea, meaning only the restaurant could issue my refund. However, MomenTea refused, despite already being reimbursed by DoorDash.
