My Second Wife. Kabab & Steak — Restaurant in New York

Horrible place. If my second wife cooks like this, I would wonder why I left my first wife. We ordered on Uber. The driver was there for 20 minutes. When he finally delivered, the drvier was apologizing to us for the restaurant and saying they were unprofessional and to make sure we check our order. That was the first part.

The food was not good at all. The whole office ordered and not a single person like it. First it was too spicy, even though we indicated mild and no spice. Secondly, the chicken tikka and adana kebab itself were horrible. You can tell they were not mixed and seasoned right. You could literally taste and bite on the red pepper that they added to the food. It wasn't mixed in and grinded properly and was extremely overpowering.

We had to complain to uber also. Took almost 2 hours to get our food, even though we paid for...

Food is not bad. However, the service is terrible. I orded on uber eats to try it for the first time with delivery type priority. Thinking it will take no longer than 30 min. However, I received my food 2 hours later. This restaurnt is 10 mins away from me. The first driver cancelled due to long wait. The second driver waited about half n hour before she got the food. Rice and chicken kebab was not fresh and tasted old. Also, bunch of items like extra sauce that I have paid extra for, were missing. Thats insanse. This not a way to run a restaurant business, specially if you're planning on...

Update:: Worst customer service . First their phone is not working to place an order and it's been long time that the phone is broken. So had to go in person to place an order. We arrived at 1:50. We received our order at 3:37 pm after being told several times it'll be 30-40 minues as assured by the person at the counter. Only one person is doing everything from taking orders to prepare food so you can imagine the wait time. No matter the quality, not okay to make me wait almost 2 hours with family. Will not be...
