Horrible experience. I never write reviews. When I say never I mean never ever ever ever. I made an order with them through Seamless. called them an hour and a half later to be told they forgot to make it. Was put on hold for seven minutes. When I asked for the meal for free, I was told the manager wasn't there and it wasn't (whoever was on the phone)'s fault. Waited for a call back for 30 minutes. Called back six times. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I ordered 5 toasted bagel the other day, when I got home realized that they did not toast them. I told the deli guy 3 times for extra toast, still gave me those bagel without toasting. This is the second time they did that to me.
