Oct. 22/2024 and Oct.28/2024 Lunch break 1:00pm (two different days but same poor experience)
@ Hot food bar:
Food quality: overcooked/ hard and oily Food presentation: Messy Food preparation: bland or too spicy Food tags: often don't match the food below
@ Sandwich Station:
Ordered a double cheese burger my only complaint is that the fries were super skinny, pale and oily.
@ Beverage fridge:
Temperature is not high enough to cool off the drinks; usually they are room temperature and when you ask for some ice to compensate for the poor cooling temperature setting on the fridges you get charge for the ice. Maybe is a technicque established to charge more the cusotomer to pay for the light built by selling cup of ice?
@ Cashier stations:
Major bad attitude/ poor spoken English and they want to charge you for any extra item you need such as but not limited to extra straw.
@ Upper level seating place to eat: (no accomodations for disabled people) is a walk up.
No ac on.... hot and humid place to eat.
My feeling is that they know all these things that need to improve but they just don't think that the type of customers who often visit their place bringing them business "don't deserve a simple standard good...
Read moreI've been visiting this place for over three years, and today marks my final visit.
This morning, I ordered a sandwich with egg, avocado, onions and chipotle sauce. Fifteen minutes later, I picked it up and returned home, only to discover a sausage in my sandwich. I called them, and they offered to make a new one. So, I went back and picked it up, only to find, yet again, there was sausage in it. On their third attempt they forgot to put eggs and gave me sandwich with avocado and onion only. After receiving yet another incorrect order, I called to explain that I was willing to return with all three incorrect sandwiches as proof of their mistakes. The cashier assured me that wasn't necessary and instructed me to just throw them away. However, when the fourth delivery arrived, the delivery person requested the return of the three sandwiches I had discarded. I explained the situation, and he mentioned that the cashier wanted to see the sandwiches as proof. So, I called the cashier, and she claimed that I had asked for the sandwiches back because I didn't want to waste food. If that's the case, why did she tell me to throw them away when I asked what I should do with them?...
Read moreI went in today (August 28) around 9 p.m. to get some food after my long shift, and I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier working at that time. She was quite rude during our interaction. When she asked me if I needed a bag for my food, I replied, "Just a fork, please," to which she responded, word for word, "You need to speak up." I was shocked; this felt unnecessarily harsh. I would have gladly repeated myself if she hadn’t heard me the first time. To make matters worse, right after handing me my change, she immediately turned around and washed her hands in the sink, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This whole interaction was strange and rude, wear a glove or something if the cashier don’t want to touch cash, washing her hands immediately after she handed me the change without saying a word is beyond rude. This visit left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this to improve the experience for...
