I went there yesterday; lady serving us had a B*ITCHY attitude. I asked how much for a small oxtail plate, she said they only had Medium and Large but the Medium was the size of a Small plate. Then, she tried making my plate for me as if I couldn’t choose. Oxtail plate was $21 and she would only give me mac and cheese if I paid extra for more. Most soul food plates come with 2 sides and a meat. The oxtail wasn’t even all that and the mac and cheese was a JOKE. For her to have an attitude like her food was the best, the food was garbage. When I went to pay, the total was $46 for 2 plates. She kept asking if we had card but I wanted to pay cash so I gave a $100 bill. She rolled her eyes and sighs and states they didn't have change. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Ricky’s was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to their appalling customer service.

I placed an order for pickup via DoorDash, it said it would take 20 mins. I showed up 35 mins later and when I asked for my order I was told by the very rude lady behind the counter that it wasn’t ready and I have to wait. When I asked why she was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. She stated they have a line ( which was only 4 ppl waiting in line). I then asked how much longer and her reply was “I don’t know when we get to it”. I asked to cancel my order and she said “you have to do it in your end, not our problem”. She made no effort to rectify the situation.
