Thought to share my experience tonight, copied from Y.

Usually I don't get picky about loyalty rewards, but if different staff are saying different things on different days, well, that is just a misfortune to all their customers. I honestly didn't want to dampen anyone's Friday night, but they could have worked on their "fine print". I basically bought two pokebowls and one large drink on 11/27/2018 for a total of $26.57. I'm sorry to rat you out, but server's name printed on the receipt is Tony. It was a pleasant experience, the ladies at the counter were nice and quick with the order. I also noticed their little message at the cashier how they don't do stamps anymore and that they switched to their check-in based loyalty program. They offered a free small bubble tea as a first reward after signing up. Unfortunately, if I knew that this incident came out the way it did, I would have taken a picture of it, but I did not. I was under the impression that I was able to pick up this "first reward" of mine any time between 11/27/18 to 12/07/18 as per the text I got when I first signed up. When I double checked with the ladies at the front, I asked them if I could pick it up next time since I already ordered a large drink and they said yes. They didn't add anything like "with a purchase" or the sorts to that sentence. So, knowing I had a small bubble tea waiting to be picked up, I didn't think too much about it. Given my location and working hours, I asked a friend if she wanted a bubble tea and she could just pick it up with my number. So she went and was told that she had to purchase something else in order to get that bubble tea. I guess I can understand it from their marketing view and plus they might have expected customers to come back to buy more pokebowls and just wanted a free drink with it but if they were more clear about this SPECIFIC condition on the day I signed up and through the text they sent, I wouldn't be typing this review right now. If anyone signed up for their loyalty program around the same time as I did, the follow-up text says this:

"Welcome to the PokeBowl Station Loyalty Club! Enjoy a FREE Sm. Bubble Tea as your first reward between 11/27/18 and 12/07/18! Thank you VIP!"

Nowhere does it say "with a purchase" and the staff didn't specifically emphasize on that the day I left WITHOUT the bubble tea. All I know is I was allowed to pick it up next time and that I had a short time period to claim this "free reward". So tonight, on the last day of this "free reward", it is left unclaimed. Thank you to the manager tonight who tried to clear this up, but what I got from the phone call was, there are staff who are very clear on the rules and there are staff who aren't, leading to misinformed customers and very rude impressions of Snow & Cream. Thank you for taking the time to clarify the situation with me, Manager, it was not your fault.

Of course, feel free to take a picture of the sign in front of your cashier to show me wrong, but it still doesn't help that your staff and your loyalty program auto text messages don't clarify it either. Fine print goes a long way instead of misleading others about this "first reward". I won't be telling people to stay away from this place, but I certainly won't be telling people to come...

The only reason I'm even putting one star is because I have to in order to write a review. I walked in 20 minutes ago and there was no line there. This short Asian lady working the afternoon shift was typing what looked to be a large amount of orders into the monitor. She saw me standing there for a good 5-10 minutes and did not bother to take my order, just completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there waiting to order. Another Asian customer comes a long and the worker immediately stops what shes doing to take her order. I proceeded to ask the worker AND lady who cut in front of me if she was serious and she had the nerve to tell me to calm down after she had me waste me time. People save your money clearly this disgrace of an establishment is racist to those who are not their own. I was NOT in there to ask for free food I was stupid enough to want to spend my hard working money on this disgusting place. If the manager reads this please look at the camera's at around 4:20pm Sunday March 24th 2019 and you tell me if I am exaggerating. People please once again save your money you would think in 2019 discrimination wouldn't occur as...

I've been a loyal fan of Poke Bowl Station in Brooklyn for over eight years, and it never disappoints. The excitement of ordering and savoring my bowl remains just as thrilling as the first time. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable.

I love the experience of eating in the store but occasionally order take out. There's free wifi, the vibes are great -- but some locations are full of rowdy school kids during 3-6pm.

The portion sizes are fantastic, and while they occasionally forget a topping or two and might add a bit more rice than I'd prefer, I'm a rice lover, so it works out perfectly for me. Each bowl is a delicious mix of fresh ingredients and bold flavors, keeping me coming back for more. If you're in the area and looking for the best poke bowl experience, this is the...

Had a nice poke bowl here. Writing out the order on a sheet is nice considering the number of additions you can get. Prices are decent with, at the time of writing, a single protein costs about $9, and if you get a meal, a special drink only costs a couple dollars more. The sparklings are nice, also, although I find them to be a bit sweet. Atmosphere is nice but a little compressed and there isn't too much in the way of seating. Despite that, there are some single seats at the bar up front. Overall, nice place for a quick lunch or snack. Maybe not worth it to go out of the way to come here, but if you're in the area and want a quick bite, I'd definitely recommend it.
