HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Bad negligible staff!!!! I went here yesterday, and the lady served me a drink. I never thought it would happen to me. She opened my glass drink and as I drank it there was piece of glass in my mouth. I was shocked, I felt glass and it cut my tongue. The workers and the managers said it were not taking responsibility for this incident and repeatedly said it was an accident. The manager was rude and kept asking me for proof as if the paper full of blood wasn't enough! I completely understand that it can or was accident but if I swallowed the bigger glass piece it would be their fault. THEY Should take a blame for this it’s a horrible experience!!! They didn't care and wanted me to pay my food and just didn't care about what happened to me and did not help me mediate the situation. I started to fell a small piece of glass scratching at my throat and asked for a banana and bread so that I can get rid of that shard. They said NO i don’t have anything NO and they just wanted me to leave and pay. They were not caring for me and I still payed!!! If something happens to me I will be suing. The least they could have done is tell me I don't have to pay for...
Read moreThis is some authentic Pupusas. Makes me feel like I'm in El Salvador. Not sure if the cheese is imported but it sure taste legit. They have a variety of pupusas and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite is the Jalapeño one which has finely diced pieces of jalapeños with gooey cheese 😋 The most flavor packed pupusa is the "revuelta" which has beans, cheese & pork. What I like about this spot is that I can get a cola Champagne (Salvadorean orange colored soda) in a glass bottle. If you haven't had a Salvadorean horchata I recommend it. It is made out of a plant called "morro". If you wanna try Salvi food & dine on a budget, this...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. I tried to visit with my service dog, who I need for medical reasons, and was outright refused service. My dog was clearly wearing his service vest, but they wouldn’t even let me explain. Instead, they rudely interrupted, claiming, “by law they do not allow dogs,” which is absolutely false. Service dogs are protected by law, yet this restaurant was either completely uninformed or just didn’t care. Their disregard for basic accessibility rights is appalling. If you need a service dog or care about places that treat people with respect, don’t waste...
