A Staten Island Gem – Rispoli 2 Delivers Old-World Italian Goodness! Rispoli 2 at 29 Hyatt St is a true hidden gem in Staten Island! This cozy, family-run Italian bakery is everything you want in a traditional sweet spot — warm, welcoming, and packed with delicious, authentic treats. I picked up a beautifully packaged box of their cookies and biscotti, and every bite was pure heaven. You can taste the tradition and care in each one — from the crisp, nutty biscotti to the buttery cookies that melt in your mouth. It’s like getting a taste of Italy without leaving New York! The quality is top-notch, and you can tell these recipes have been perfected over generations. Whether you’re shopping for a gift, planning a special occasion, or just treating yourself (which you absolutely should!), Rispoli 2 never disappoints. Support local and do yourself a favor — stop by Rispoli 2 and discover your new favorite bakery. Can’t wait to go back! Your NEW GUY :)

Love this place. I never had a prosciutto bagel until i came to this place. The barista/manager is very knowledgeable about all the product and make great recommendations for cake order and more. Great coffee, great vive and good bread.. PS: Recommend to anyone who is visiting Staten Islands to stop by during the week. Make sure to call for hours and days of operation. They also have a location on Bay St that carries even more product in case you come during the Weekend.

Great cozy little satellite location from the main shop 2 miles away. I get coffee here daily as well as a pizza for lunch sometimes: delicious. I've also ordered cannoli cakes and recommend the rum variant. Their breads are also great as are the cookies and pastries. I haven't tried the Italian ice yet, but will soon. The woman that runs the shop is very friendly & helpful and is the finishing touch of a nice bakery shopping experience.

Pardon my long review. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else! NEVER EVER order a custom cake at this shop. There was a miscommunication about the time that the cake should be ready. Fine, I can except that (things happen) but the rude argumentative attitude and lack of empathy from who seemed to be the manager/owner was appalling. At the end of the day I do not have the cake I needed for my family members 73rd Birthday. I tried to shop local and support a local buisness in my neighborhood but I will never shop here again.

Another point I want to make is I prepaid for the cake because time was an issue and I wanted to be fast with my pick up (on my way to work). She insisted I show her the receipt because she did not write it down on her end! Luckly I did have it on me. I wonder what should have happened had I not saved that receipt?? I ended up grabbing a different cake (that wont be used for the event since it's all wrong). How many custom orders does this shop get? How could she not remember specifically that I prepaid because I needed to be quick with my pick up like I stated?

Lastly, when going through the flavor options she was very short with me. At that moment I should have taken the hint or saw this as a sign. She also stopped mid way through taking my custom to chat with a regular. Thank you for reading my review and take your local business...

It took me 45 minutes after getting off the Ferry to find a place to sit an enjoy coffee. The first place advertised coffee, but had no espresso machine. The second place was thermos coffee, and finally a helpful police offer pointed us in the direction of this little gem. We were cheerfully greeted by what I think was the granddaughter of the original owner. The coffee was great, and the carrot cake was excellent. It's a small, cute place with great service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good coffee. I gladly support little family run businesses like this...
