I am very disappointed to write that is was my worst experience ordering from SAMOSA BITES. The food was ok I wouldn't say it was great but the service was very bad. I was served by cashier Mr. Narinder and he has zero knowledge about customer service, he was very rude and arrogant. He told me that they only give salad in Lunch Time and refused to give me. When I returned to my office with the food I didn't find any spoons to eat my food with so I called Samosa Bites and my call was answered by Mr. Narinder and he told me that they don't give spoon unless it's asked and he hung up 3 times on me by saying that he is busy, I think Punjabi people eat with hands doesn't mean all Americans eat with hands too. I ended not eating the food because no spoon in my office and I am glad that he at least gave the food in paper bag or else I had to carry my food in my hands. Bottom line I am not going in their anymore unless they know customers basic needs. I hope owner and staff...
Read moreNot sure how people give this place good reviews. The food we received last night was awful and the place has even refused to refund regarding the facts. The vindaloo curry was the consistency of water with onion lashed in it and absolutely no spice we actually tested running it through a strainer and over half of "the curry" went straight through, literally water and oil! It was absolutely appalling. The Masala tasted like tomato puree/paste again little body and no spices, seasonings or flavour. Hate to dish bad reviews out but we contacted through seamless to give them a chance to do something about it and last night claimed there was nobody in charge available to do refunds and then today have refused. Awful awful food and poor after service too. Who ever cooked those two soups last night needs sacking. Worst curry in the city by a...
Read moreFood is good and for the price they charge you have to be a cheap skate like the Indian guy calling himself Johnny complaining about lack of spoons . Who eats samosas with a spoon ? Learn to wash your hands and eat . Ask your parents Johnny if they used knives and forks in India ? You can’t eat samosa with a spoon anyway. Indian food is oily so just drain it if it’s excessive and that’s what I did with the curry and may be the owners need to drain it before they give it to the customers. They do need to learn about customer service a bit more but to give them one star like Johnny did is a bit ignorant and malicious. Businesses do not want customers who pay little and complain so publicly like it’s the end othe world and they are better off without such arrogance like Johnny ! Real name...
