Owner, you are a Liar! I left an honest and accurate review of your bar (Dirty with a old/bad pool table) your childish response in an attempt to deflect from your own shortcomings.Your entire staff which consisted of 1 bartender and his dramatic girlfriend did absolutely nothing good or bad... which is probably why the bar and bathroom were so nasty. You over served one of your little regulars to the point he could barely talk his friend will call him regular with the glove had to babysit him the entire time I was there. I watched him walk his friend to the back for a nap and bring him Waters pretty nice guy. We played a couple of games of pool everything was fine joked about how I accidentally won the last game but I had to leave my friend was already outside and didn't want to stay so he offered to buy me a drink and went to the bar to get it.I stayed at the pool table talking to another older guy when his drunken little friend woke up from his nap stumbled down that one step pushed all the balls on the table (didn't matter the game was over) and started throwing his temper tantrum screaming first to "Rack them" then that "I won" then 'that's my friend" older guy went to the bar to get his babysitter I let it go at first but I eventually yelled back and defended myself. Regular with the glove came right over put his little buddy back down for the rest of his nap came over to me apologize profusely for his friend shook my hand reminded me he bought me a drink apologized again and said goodbye older guy ask some stupid questions like what happened he was right there calmly walked to the bar. Your entire staff was behind the bar pretending to be on the phone in an attempt to ignore me or the situation. I asked why he was upset with me? he said "he didn't want any trouble"I asked him for my bill told him that he could just ask me to leave he said "okay" I asked if I could finish my drink . And the shot the guy bought me he finally looked at me and said "yeah" I signed my bill Calmly walked out order Chinese food right next door ate the Chinese food went to See Which and left...

Sandy Jacks is our favorite bar in the city, perhaps the world! We happened upon it by chance and were delighted by the friendly staff and clientele, affordable drinks (even outside the amazing happy hour), and constant nightly events. They have karaoke, trivia, open mic nights, so many drag shows, pool leagues, holiday parties, big game watch parties, and community fundraisers. The owner Mike and his staff are passionate about making a fun, safe space for everyone to relax and have a great time while also championing worthy causes to support local organizations. Sandy Jack’s is the best! My first experience with the bar was asking them to put on the WNBA all-star game because I couldn’t find any other bar that had it on and Mike was sure to have it turned on for me and my friends. Now I love swinging by for a drink, a wnba game, trivia, etc! Mike was kind enough to let my friends and I host our Halloween party there this year and it was perfect! We had such a blast, Natalia (the bartender) is amazing and so kind. So grateful for this establishment and will always be coming back! Plus, the regulars are all super friendly. Def give it a try!
