Sapphire 60 — Restaurant in New York

Hi there, I took some Japanese clients who wanted to have some fun to this place. At the entrance they told us that they needed a credit card to stay at the cashiers along with an ID until we leave the place. My Japanese guests did not want to give their CC and ID, so I left mine as a courtesy. They said at the time of the paying the bill, we could always change the CC. Once we were inside a waitress came to me and said my card was declined. I asked her why they wanted to charge my card? She said it is the way it is. She asked me if I received a message from the bank. I checked it and she was right, Citibank sent me a message asking if I attempted a payment, I texted back “Yes” it was me. At the exit, as planned we said my Japanese client wanted to pay by his own card, the cashier charged on his card and got a signature and we left. So, the amount is taken from the Japanese CC. Today, the next day, I still see my own credit card with the same amount of money pending. They should have reversed the amount on to my credit card when we paid with the Japanese CC before we left the club. The amount is $2307,26. I still wanna believe this is not a scam. Will wait for another business day and see how this will end up! Update: On the date of June 29th 2023 it still shows pending and doesn't get reversed. I wonder how this is gonna end. ??? I went to this club last night for my birthday and it was very classy only 20 bucks to get in food is a bit expensive but delicious the bouncers were very nice and they have good music and some strippers were very good and fun and nice but I felt they couldve had better dancers.But the very cool thing I like about this club is that they had the song that was playing as a music video in the background of the strippers the first waitress that took my drink order was very nice to me and gave back my card right away but the second one that took my drink order was snotty saying yeah what do you want and she took like an hr to bring back my card and ID if i werent to mention it to the bartender she probably would've forgot about my debit card and ID I would say to just be careful with who is taking your drink order because the second lady that took my debit card took a long time to bring it back to me and when I called my card I was missing $22 therefore because I didn't want to put in a tip she told me I have to before I leave so I didn't and I left the reciept blank she thought because I was drunk I didn't know or remember about money with my card so I'm guessing she...

Google deleted my review for Sapphire! I was at Sippfire on 07/13/24. I ordered one shot of tekila for $24, vegetables for $10, bottle of water. Left my food on a table and went for smoking and talking to people from outside. I was out for 20 minutes. Came back. All my drink, vegetables, and water were gone! The guy from that restaurant introduced him as a general manager. His name was Gamlet. I asked him for a refund since I didn't even touch my things. He said: No refund at our restaurant. I am disputing all those charges (about $42) from my credit card. The card needs a copy of the receipt from Sappfire. I called the place, and the girl provided me with some fake email address! System email came back to me with an error message: "The email address doesn't exist."
