This is my pick for the shaxian food. I grew up in the town an hour from shaxian so I have this food growing up. Came here for a quick fix because I was home sick and really craving a good wonton. Unlike the Cantonese wonton the shaxian wonton taste different also have a different texture. I have to say they really do it well here and each wonton have really good round filling of the meat, add some wine vinegar and white pepper to taste better
But for the noodle I don't really taste the good flavor, it's very much hit and miss even at home, not everyone can make a good peanut soy noodle.
