Spring Garden — Restaurant in New York

The food was ok but there was an ant in the rice and the worker behind the counter had both of his children down in the kitchen and the little one peed herself in front of me and when I asked for them to clean it they said no. This is absolutely disgusting in a restaurant and this place should be shut down for good and when I asked to pay with a card they said the order has to be 20$ or more so I had to go to the atm and it was a major inconvenience as a parent the parents of these kids should really get help and when I asked for another napkin they said no when they clearly see my kids fingers dirty from eating DO NOT HO TO SPRING GARDEN BAY RIDGE FOR...

I had been dining here for many years. I don’t know if it’s the staff or what but the food and staff is not good at all!! I’ve had to go to the restaurant in person being I usually get delivered and spoke with the owner/manager and told him about the food that’s been either burnt or not done! The woman who takes the food orders is extremely rude and I have told them before that they are going to lose me as a customer. Not very good. That's not to say it's bad, but it isn't our taste it seems. I also found chicken in my vegetable pan fried noodles. I don't eat meat so that meal went uneaten. They use bean sprouts in their fried rices, gives a very earthy flavour and smell. The spicy mustard IS spicy, don't bite into it thinking it's normal mustard. Good taste.
