I have only visited this store twice, the second time was a few weeks ago and I was served by a guy who brightened my day with his attentive, funny and respectful personality.
Hours before I got some bad news and had to go to work so I wanted to fix my mood by eating something sweet and this guy made me smile, that is why I give you 4 stars, also my muffin was very good...
I apologize because I do not remember the name of the guy nor the muffin, I had a lot to think about at that moment; he is a black boy with fine features and a face that transmits the funny spirit of a little kid, the world needs more people like him!
This experience was very different from my first visit to this store, where I was served by two white girls (again my apologies for not knowing their names and referring to their physical characteristics) but their service was not that good to me, they did their job quickly and mechanically as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly and I was the only one buying at that moment.

This location is right next to my apartment making it super convenient, but I might have to switch to another one. They either always forget the whipped cream or forget the vanilla which makes me have to throw it away and get a new one later. Such a waste of money! When you pay that much for your drink you expect it to be right. A lot of times I order on the mobile order app, but when I go pick it up they’re Standing around talking and haven’t even started my mobile order yet. You’ll probably get your order quicker if you just go to the store and order yourself. A couple weeks ago I ordered my drink on the mobile order app again and when my fiancé and I went to pick it up they weren’t even open! Read moreDisappointed by both the coffee and service. We arrived around 6:15 PM, unaware that the store closed at 6:30 PM. When placing our order, the barista asked if we wanted paper or ceramic cups—we chose ceramic since we planned to drink quickly and eat our sandwiches at the store. However, there was no mention of the closing time by the barista nor there was any sign.
The same barista who took our order then abruptly announced, “We close in 3, 2, 1… sorry guys, you all need to leave,” right after serving us. Had we been given a heads-up, we would have chosen differently and avoided the unnecessary hassle.
On top of that, the drinks were disappointing. My matcha latte had noticeable matcha residue at the bottom, clearly not well prepared. The cappuccino wasn’t great either—it almost felt like we were being punished for dining in.
