Iād like to first say the young lady working there today at 12:52pm was very polite but the same cannot be said for the gentleman working. While I waited in line to order our coffee, my boyfriend used the bathroom, no issues. After I paid, I went to use the bathroom and the gentlemen there ran after me after I already had the bathroom door open and a foot in the door to wag his finger at me and rudely yell āno public restroomsā, I even offered to pay to use it since I had to go but again, he yelled and wagged his finger āNO PUBLIC RESTROOMā Visiting family from out of state during a pandemic is hard enough but to be spoken to this way is absurd! After I told my boyfriend what happened, he politely went up to the gentleman and asked why he could use the bathroom but I couldnāt then the young man went off! Telling ME how rude I am and saying that NY and all of Starbucks have a no public restroom policy. LOL weāve used multiple restrooms at NY restaurants AND the Starbucks in Florida (where we live) do not have this policy. Needless to say, he needs to be humbled. There was a million other ways he could have spoken to me, they could have locked the bathroom door and placed a sign OR how about you not be sexist and allow a man to use your restroom but not the female who paid for the coffee. ALSO our coffee taste like sewer water and weāre positive he did...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe short curly haired Chinese barista was very rude to me. I walked into the store after ordering from the app. I approached the pick up counter and stood there for about 2-3 minutes watching here serve every other customer but me. When she finally called my name, I proceeded to take my order like normal. Then, I hear her say to me in a harsh tone, āSo you do know your name.ā I was shocked and confused on why she had said this to me. She told me that they didnāt have owl cake pop and asked me if I wanted the chocolate, or cookies and cream one instead. I requested to see what they looked like and she replied with, āItās literally just the chocolate cake pop and cookies and cream one.ā This made me angry specifically because she said it so rudely. Shouldnāt the workers have some respect to their customers?? Anyway, I got the chocolate cake pop as the replacement. I watched her walk over to another barista and I hear her say āā¦like does she not know her name?ā I instantly knew that she was talking about me and I felt extremely offended. She got my cake pop, walked back to the pick up counter, and slid the chocolate cake pop across the counter as she says āHere you go.ā In the most emotionless way possible. This Starbucks needs to hire better baristas. Especially ones who are actually professional with their job. I will not be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came across this Starbucks to buy a cup of coffee and study. A "Batista" named Darryl came to serve me without even addressing me at the line, but just simply stand behind the register and looked at me. I saw a sign said their featuring brew is Honduras, so I ordered a grande one. I found it weird because he pressed so many things with his register and turned out charging me $5.93 which it supposed to be less than $4. When my drink was up, it turns out he made me a grande Cordusio. I told him that I ordered a Grande Honduras which is your featured roast what the sign said on your coffee maker. He did not admit he made a wrong order but accuse me for "you did not say that, you said Cordusio". I don't want to comment on the taste of the coffee because it is tasteless with such experience. One thing it is really not acceptable is this Batista blame on the customer for what they ordered and forced them to take whatever he wanna make randomly. I asked to speak to the manager and what happened is, he did not come to me after I typed up all this to describe my experience. It is another unacceptable factor I experienced from...
