Taco Bell Cantina — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a burrito and a taco and waited over 20 minutes for it, and ultimately had to get a refund because my name was never called and i was attentively listening and watching for my food the whole entire time after i ordered. And although i had headphones on, i could hear every name being called and my music was not on at all. I think that the staff either ran out of some of the ingredients, didn’t know how to make the order i asked for, not paying attention or don’t care about their unique set of customers that come in there supporting that location by buying food. I was nearly late to my job today waiting for the food and so i decided to get a refund and that took over ten minutes for some reason also. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the terrible service today and i had no dinner and no time to get it because of the waste of time at taco bell today. And i think that if the staff did make my food, that perhaps my food order was handed off to someone who didn’t purchase my food, or make a purchase at all. Just came in and reached for a bag as the staff was calling names and took my bag. And staff sometimes doesn’t even pronounce peoples names correctly. Nor do they even put name labels on the bags or receipt or order labels on the bags, so people can be sure they are picking up the right order. And a staff member i asked about my order when i was waiting for it, said it’s coming and on its way and then i waited an additional ten minutes because of what he said… and nothing, still didn’t get my order after reminding them that i am waiting on my order. They just let me stand around waiting for nothing and kept glancing at me and not even making sure i get my food order i paid for. And they literally saw me waiting for my order and didn’t even ask me about my order or what it was or express any concern when i was looking at the cooks and standing around waiting for my order. Nobody cared that i even eventually receive my order. I don’t know if i am being treated differently because i am female and have a tomboy style, because of how i look or what but if i can help it, i will go elsewhere for food next time where staff knows how to treat all customers. And pay attention to detail. I came there and ordered and seen the same people multiple times and they still don’t seem to remember me or my name. Like as if i am new there, when i am not. I went in there today after cashing my check at the bank across the street to purchase food for my co workers i took a $20 bill from the teller walked over to get my food .... the total of my order was $20.41 so I asked them to take my $20 and I would pay the rest on my bank card ...The girl at the counter called for the girl in the back because she did not know how to split my order so the girl from the back took my $20 bill from the other girl and put it under the light they use to check for bad bills...thats fine but when she did she acted like my bill was no good ... i am a front end leader at my job i know bad bills so i asked her please tell me what on my bill looked fake when she put it under the light she did not answer i asked her again to look at the bill with me and tell me what is bad about my bill she then moved the light so i coudnt look at it with her and tossed my bill back to me and said something nasty under her breath....i grabbed my bill took it back across the street went to the same teller and she gave me change fro the same bill the employee said was fake i walked back across the stree with band new money and instead of being sorry and re taking my order she was still nasty and refused to give me her name I am a man of color and cant help but think if i was white this would not have happened needless to say i wont ever be going back and will use my social media to tel everyone i know...

I am a 250 pound 6"3' male and I love taco Bell. I go frequently. I made a trip to Manhatten just to visit a taco Bell cantina and I was throughily disappointed and angry. All of my food was cold and some of it wasn't even cooked, considering that I waited half an hour for my food I would expect it to be, at least, hot. Beyonde the terrible food that was served to me there were also items that I ordered that simply weren't given to me . After approaching an employee about my disappointment and the fact that I hadn't received some of my order they told me to wait and never came back. The location was disguesting, there was food on the floor and scattered about the floor. I saw the construction line for the food and it was a travesty everything was mixed together and the staff was just throwing food together not caring for food safety or customer needs. I spent over an hour of my time at this cantina and was beyond disappointed. I expect better from taco Bell 1 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

Attached is a picture of a shredded chicken mini quesadilla, which wouldn't have lettuce, that fell apart the moment I opened the foil because it wasn't cooked.

Update I went back to this same cantina in hopes that it would have gotten better, they were out of a staple advertised item and the way the staff treated me didn't sit well. Good...
