I have been to quite a few hair salons in NYC (unfortunately) but never experienced any service with this level of customer-focus, patience and A+ hospitality! Before finding Sanat Hair Salon, I had had baleage applied to my hair at another salon where they also ended up changing my roots’ color by mistake when applying the final hair varnish. As a result, all my hair had an orange peel reflection rather than the gold-blonde looking lights before coming to Sanat. When I came in, Mr. Yuksel immediately realized the orangeness-redness in my hair without me needing to say anything. He was UNBELIEVABLY PATIENT (that is a true and rare talent at hair salons, at least in my experience) with me (I was freaking out and being extremely picky and paranoid due to my former hair experience and my upcoming wedding). He changed the tones multiple times until he found the perfect one and made tweaks in shades as I requested relentlessly. Updated 2023 I am 40 years old , my hair is thinning and not as long anymore however the hair growth serums are phenomenal ! All these years later I actually worked at this salon seasonally up until I had my two year old son! my US citizen and married name is CEREN ZORLU 2015 I am a blonde ( not naturally , so natural looking color is super important to me ) !
