7-Eleven — Local services in New York

After spending THOUSANDS here over the last few years I go the other night and grab what I am going to buy. When I get to the counter the asian guy starts ringing up my stuff, asks me only one? About something I'm buying. This store always upsells. No matter who the employee is, they will push you to buy more than what you came to buy. I didn't want to buy more than one today so I said no. He doesn't put it through fully to the card processor then proceeds to ask me to pay for two additional items I do not have. Confused, I ask him what and he says he saw me taking two last time. I told him no wrong person and he refused to let me pay for my items stating I have to pay for "last time" When I asked him what he was talking about when was last time, he stated last week. Lol I told him have a good night and just walked out. He's bugging out. I literally see people all the time really steal and they don't tell them anything BUT THEN TO accuse ME??! One of their most loyal customers of theft?? YEAH THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME. I will happily take my money elsewhere. ** Overall, this store is rude. They hire new men employees who are nice at first then always look overworked, tired and much OLDER within a year of working there. There is one weird one, can't really put an ethnicity on him that constantly charges me over what I am actually paying for. Really off of that alone I should've stopped giving them my money. I never looked at the reviews before today but everyone who is saying they are overcharged has to be talking about this same guy. There is another one who is an asian big girl that calls everybody "ma'am" no matter how young they are. Should be taught the american way of saying miss to younger people, not ma'am. P.S. This store should stop allowing homeless people around the front. All the time they open the door for you then ask for money when you leave. That's what the employees should be concerned about. I get charged more than the actual prices every time I go in there. I didn’t realize it was happening until today - I went in to buy zyns and a different younger staff than I usually have rang me up. They were $7 a piece - but every other time they were at least $10. This is also the first time they have scanned my ID and actually scanned the zyn container. I think the older guy I usually have check me out is putting them in the system as something higher priced intentionally. Also the prices of the slushies change about every time I go in there. Another time the older guy I usually have added chicken wings to my total I did not have chicken wings. I asked him to take it off and he was rude and said don’t worry about it that’s the right price for your slushies. It very clearly said chicken wings on the cash register. I looked behind me and a homeless guy had a box of chicken wings in his hands. I explained to the cashier he is not with me I am not paying for his stuff and he continued to say that’s the price for my slushies. I also went in there to buy lottery tickets and the cashier got the numbers I wanted on the powerball wrong and made me buy a new ticket if I wanted it right. I don’t trust their...

They are always trying to charge more then real price today me and my girlfriend went in to buy zynns they are always 10 a piece and today they were 7 and the guy scanned my id which they never do because they are manually putting in the price in the system and not saying it’s 21+ and upselling me today they actually scanned my zynns which forced the system too need a id proving they are scammers also about 2 months ago a Hispanic Asian looking cashier with dark hair added chicken wings on my list and I asked him what it was and he pushed it off like it wasn’t there and I kept confronting him and he said it was nothing which it clearly wasn’t the homeless man behind me had chicken wings this place doesn’t...
