Valerio Juice Bar and Colombian Food — Restaurant in New York

So I order from here frequently, disappointing because the business has so much potential for much greater; hence, the food and drinks aren't bad. Just to give the reader a little bit about the back ground story, my colleagues and I order about $30 a day on average between their juices/shakes and "veggie food". We order about 5-6 times a week, so do the math. I will not lie, I was impress at first until they made 30-45 minute wait time into an 1hr and 30 min to 2 hrs wait more frequent than should ever be allowed. And do not think that for one second you'll get an apology or some type of re compensation for waiting 2 hours; but not for 1 or 2 occasions, lets try more like 6 and beyond. It almost feels like their wait time goes up every day you order. Same excuses every time on why they didn't deliver to a wait time they promise every single day, and not to mention the fact that they expect you drink their shakes and drinks through the cup as requesting a straw to come with your order becomes more like hitting the lottery. These are not exaggeration points, although it may sound like it, these are all true events, very disappointing in service, mismanagement, and most importantly; timing. The drinks and food is good, but one can only deal with their poor customer service and inability to recognize their faults for so long. Simple, if you don't mind waiting 1 hr and a half on average and get lied to, then this is your place. P.S. Do not order from them, I ordered two veggie burgers and a detox juice, they just stuffed the juice in a paper bag, nothing, no way to secure it! I asked if they can just staple the paper bag, nothing was done, juice spilled everywhere, and the burgers tasted disgusting and was cold and bland, called the place up, staff don't speak English, guy was rude whoever answered it and said "manager wasn't available" and when I insisted, this Robert guy was available! He also barely spoke English, was rude as hell said "nothing he can do " for spilled juice and "stapling won't prevent it" and that's why I had said on instructions to secure the juice and staple the paper bag, because so many times couriers have tempered with the food!!! Since they don't even speak English, how the hell, they'll read instructions, on top of that very rude! And not very hygienic either as the burgers went into waste, looked and tasted disgusting, and very rude customer service, this "manager" Robert had the nerve to tell me "we don't staple bags" yet they stapled the receipt to the bag!! Such disgusting service!! And, also read reviews, where they sell package food and just heat up in the microwave nd they have hired undocumented people to work so they can keep the wages minimum and avoid taxes, so avoid this shady establishment! The food is actually not bad but the service is horrible! I say this after ordering a large lentil soup (so good) via uber eats on serval occasion, but received a size small (thinking it was actually a size large) on every occasion. It wasn't until I placed a pick up order, and had my partner pick it up from the store--returning with a significantly larger size container, that I realized I was paying for a large soup, but receiving a small one upon delivery--for all those other occasions (at least 4). Being the foodie that I am, I overlooked this because the soup is good. I decided to go to the store in person after placing a pick up order again, but this time I wanted to let them know what's been happening. I walk in only to be completely ignored for 10 minutes (despite my order being ready and visible behind the counter) and when i asked the young lady behind the counter for assistance, she gave me the nastiest look and said nothing to me.
