A total disappointment . Ordered two times; from Seamless. One 2 days ago, Yasas: food was really good and very recommended, except the delivery from Seamleas that left the order in the entrance of the building where I live (what’s the point of delivery if they leave it for the access to everyone at the street level). But then today, the J by Jose Andres; food is totally different from pictures. Gambas al ajillo are not al ajillo there are just 9 tiny previously frozen shrimps for $22 with a bunch of spicy sauce. The carrilleras cerdo it’s pretty good, but it’s two tiny pieces for $22 with a bit of mashed potato. Once I tried to check again the pics on seamless they disappeared. Read moreI would love this place to be good as my office is right next door but it’s honestly just not a good restaurant. It’s more or less what you would expect when combining fast food employees with a crazy long complicated menu (there are not really different restaurants, it’s only one kitchen). I’ve tried it a few times so far.
1st time: I got a chicken burrito. But they forgot the chicken (didn’t realize until I got back to the office)
2nd time: got chicken wings but they forgot the sauce. Took 25mins even tho the app in store said 5-10mins. Chicken was pretty average to be honest. Half the pieces were like rubber.
3rd: learned my lesson and ordered ahead of time for pick up. They sent me the notification saying it was ready. When I arrived, it wasn’t ready and here I am 10 minutes later typing this review...
Read moreWe ordered salads from Royal Greens and overall it was tasty just like other salad places in the area. There wasn’t a lot of each of the toppings added and they forgot the avocado which were paid extra for. They also don’t note which of the salad dressings have dairy and which do not. Overall the app works well, quick and easy ordering/pickup, and good promo for new customers. Customer service was also responsive to issue with missing avocado and credited the account.
