Smoothie King — Restaurant in Newnan

I’ve been coming to this Smoothie King almost everyday for a year now, since I moved to Newnan. I stop by before work each morning to get a smoothie or a smoothie bowl. Each morning I stop by, Brian always has my smoothie or my bowl ready before I get there. There hasn’t been a single instance that I’ve had to sit and wait for it. His customer service is solid, he speaks to every person who comes inside and makes conversation tailored to each individual. He always addresses me by Grant which is my first name. Best service I’ve ever gotten from a Smoothie King Employee. I hope whoever reads this either gives him a raise or makes him a manager because he definitely deserves it. Appreciate...

The employees will not take The accountability for their mistakes. They also lie about their name, apparently forgetting their name is on the receipt. Spoke with the owner Bobby and he does not take accountability for the actions of his employees or the fact that we were over charged. He states, “that’s PROBABLY just the way the system rang up the item.” He did not offer to fix the issue and he did not apologize for the way his employee, Ryan, treated us. I just pulled up to go in to pick up a my smoothie I ordered online. I was waiting in my truck expecting it to take a minute. Then I see this young man walking out of the store (mind you it was raining!) to my car just to ask my name and confirming my order! In a climate where I don't see intentional customer service this was a refreshing sight to see! I later found out his name is Bryan. Bryan went back inside the store and came back out and hand delivered my smoothie!!!

And on top of that the smoothie was good!!!!!
