I worked for the company and I was a closing manager at the town center store and I experienced so much Abuse on a daily basis from my store manager the Gm Iran parker and I tried to report it to the owners AL AND AJ KRAMER AND I BEGGED TO BE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO GET AWAY FROM THE DAILY ABUSE AND EVERYTHING I TRIED TO DO TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION WAS IGNORED AND LOOKED AT AS LIES AND MAKING THING'S BIGGER THEN WHAT THEY WERE BUT ONCE YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITY IN A COMPANY YOU CAN MOST LIKELY START PLANNING ON FINDING A DIFFERANT JOB BECOMES THERE GOING TO FIND A REASON TO FIRE YOU AND THATS EXACTLY đŻ WHAT HAPPENED AND THE WAY IT WAS INITIATED WAS BY A NEW HIRE A DRIVER THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED TO WORK FOR ME ALL ALONE BY MYSELF RUNNING THE STORE WITH ONE OTHER EMPLOYEE WHO IS NEW AND DIDN'T KNOW KNOW HOW TO WRAP đŻ A SUB UP FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND DURING CONVERSATION HE HAD TOLD ME THAT HE WAS A CHRISTIAN AND I AM AS WELL AND MY BOSS KNEW THAT I WAS A CHRISTIAN AND SINCE I HAD REPORTED HIM TO HIS BOSS THE OWNERS AL AND AJ KRAMER HE HELD A GRUDGE AGAINST ME AND THE ABUSE JUST GOT WORSE AND WHAT'S SO BAD HE DID IT IN FRONT OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY WOULD COME TO ME APOLOGIZING FOR HIS BEHAVIOR TELLING ME THEY WE'RE SORRY AND DIDN'T THINK đŹ THAT IT WAS RIGHT THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING BUT TO NO AVAIL I WAS TERMINATED WRONGFULLY AND PUT IN A FINANCIAL CRISIS BECAUSE THE NEW DRIVER HE HAD HIRED GAVE ME A RIDE HOME AFTER I CLOSED THE STORE AND WE OF COURSE TALKED ON THE WAY HOME AFTER HOUR'S OFF THE CLOCK AND NOT AT WORK AND THE NEXT TIME I GO TO REPORT FOR MY SHIFT I GET THERE AND CLOCK IN AND I JUST COULD TELL SONETHING WAS WRONG THE FEELINGS AND ENERGY OF THE ATMOSPHERE WAS REALLY DISTURBING BUT I SHOOK IT OFF AND STARTED WORKING DOING MY JOB SLICING MEAT FOR THE STORE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE RUNS IN THE STORE POINTING HIS FINGERS AT ME SAYING HE NEVER WANTED TO WORK AROUND ME EVER AGAIN AND I WAS LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON AND I WAS REALLY CONFUSED đ ABOUT WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED AND A FEW MINUTES LATER I WAS TOLD TO WALK OUTSIDE WITH IRAN PARKER MY GM STORE MANAGER AND HE ALSO HAD THAT SAME EMPLOYEE THERE I GUESS AS A WITTINESS TO MY TERMINATION SO THEN IRAN PARKER PROCEEDED TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT I COULDN'T TALK ABOUT THE BIBLE AND JESUS CHRIST AT WORK AND I HAD BEEN ASKED TO STOP AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WASN'T AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE NEW DRIVER WHO TOOK ME HOME THE OTHER NIGHT WHEN I HAD BEEN SCHEDULED TO RUN AN ENTIRE SHIFT WITH NO EMPLOYEE'S AND ONLY ONE DRIVER WHO WAS BRAND NEW BECAUSE IRAN THOUGHT HE WAS PUNISHING ME I GUESS BUT I STILL MANAGED TO HELP EVER CUSTOMER AND DO AN UNEXPECTED CATERING ORDER ALL BY MYSELF AND CLOSED THE STORE PROPERLY NOT LEAVING ANYTHING UNDONE OR LEFTOVER FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO BUT ANYWAYS HE TELLS ME THAT THIS NEW DRIVER HAD WRITTEN A STATEMENT AGAINST ME FOR THINGS THAT I HAD SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT ON THE WAY HOME AND THAT HE SAID THAT HE NEVER WANTED TO WORK ME AGAIN AND THAT I HAD SAID CERTAIN THINGS ABOUT CERTAIN PEOPLE AND THERE LIFESTYLES WHEN THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND EVERYTHING HE CLAIMED WAS SAID WAS OUTRIGHT AND A BUNCH OF LIES AND OF COURSE AJ KRAMER HAD TOLD IRAN PARKER TO TERMINATE ME BEFORE THEY HAD EVEN SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THE REPORT WRITTEN AGAINST ME AND THEN TO TURN AROUND AND GO BEHIND MY BACK AND TELL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AND TO DISCLOSE PRIVATE THING'S TO A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE ALL TO GET HIM UPSET WITH ME AND THEN TO BRING THAT EMPLOYEE OUTSIDE SO HE COULD WATCH ME GET FIRED IS IN MY OPINION REALLY CHILDISH AND IMMATURE ON TOP OF BEING ILLEGAL IN MORE WAYS THEN ONE AS YOU KNOW THERE'S LAWS AGAINST DESCRIMINATION AND BEING MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED AT THE WORKPLACE AND CREATING A TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENTAL IS ALL AGAINST THE LAW AND TO TERMINATE SOMEONE BECAUSE OF THERE FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS ILLEGAL AS WELL. IVE ALWAYS BEEN RESPECTFUL AND A HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE AND NEVER MISSED A DAY OF WORK AND IT'S A REAL SHAME THAT GROWN UPS BEHAVED THIS WAY....
   Read moreOn 10/17/24, I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap and received a nasty, greasy, oil-and-vinegar wrap containing shredded chicken (I believe), iceberg lettuce, and a few pieces of tomato. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap (described below) as is but without croutons. I also asked for a side of Ranch dressing, which would have been separate to the supposed Caesar dressing which was supposed to be on the wrap (so I could dip if it was dry). It was not supposed to have any oil and vinegar at all. There was no Parmesan cheese or anything else mentioned in the description for the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Here is THEIR description from the Jimmy Johns website.

(I was unable to upload that photo here but it is on their website and not at all what I received.) What I received, in a piece of paper which we figured out later said, âwrapâ which normally had always had my name (Karena) on the wrapper and my friendâs first name was on her sandwich wrapper, as usual was a completely grease-soaked, mostly iceberg letter, about a half of a slice of tomato, and some shredded chicken (I believe -- but it was too gross to eat). The photos (which WILL go to their corporate office) depicted nothing at all like the one described on their website and contained NOTHING similar except for maybe the meat.
In the past, we had received sandwiches which were okay, sometimes not exactly right but edible and reasonably close to what weâd ordered â often missing mayonnaise or other standard ingredients listed on the website. Still, the manager who delivered was always so friendly and nice, and the younger delivery man was also nice. I thought he might be her son and complimented him on both their demeanor, and the lady had even hugged my coworker when she dropped the drink and went back to the store to get it, thanking us for always being so nice. We've been so nice to them, so appreciative, and tipped well. We were ordering directly from their location about once a week in the past month or so. The response I received was shameful. We were basically called liars and there was a refusal to make it right. The manager said she watched him make it. He made a wrap, obviously, but it was not mine. After refusing to bring me the right sandwich or to refund my money, I was told they would issue a store credit. Given the nasty way in which I/we were treated, I would not DARE expect them to be decent and honest enough for me to ever purchase from them again. I will be writing to their corporate office â even if they are a franchise. Photos will be sent to them so that they know the poor manner in which a customer is treated. That manager should be ashamed of herself. That wrap was nasty and it was clearly not what I ordered. Even after seeing the photo, she stuck to her story that it was the right sandwich ⌠even though you can see the grease-soaked wrap and that it was clearly not a Caesar wrap. So...
   Read moreWhat happened to me at this location? Yesterday was not only astounding but disgusting. I went to pick up lunch for my son and I to make a long story short. The sandwiches were incorrect. I took the sandwich back to the store. I was very patient and nice and told her that my sandwich had pickles on it and bacon, and I donât eat those things and I didnât order them. The shift leader began to argue with me About how I was wrong and she was right. I clearly had my receiving order since I ordered online and showed her that that wasnât correct. She asked me to see the sandwich so I handed it to her which she proceeded to take my sandwich past the food. Safety barrier back to the deli, sat it down on the countertop where other people are making new sandwiches, which is against all kinds of safety codes. Then instead of giving me my sandwich bag, she threw it in the trash, told me she wasnât gonna remake it and I wasnât getting my money back and I could call corporate. I asked her if customer service was even important to her because in this day and age customer service Can make her break a company. I didnât get rude with her or loud. I just kept asking her if I could speak to her manager and she said no I could call corporate. I asked her what her name was and she said I donât have to tell you my name so I said youâre going to throw my sandwich away and not give me my money back so basically I paid for nothing. She said youâre getting nothing. I donât care the way she spoke to me and treating me was not only horrendous but humiliating. She told me to leave the store before I proceeded to call corporate and because itâs a franchise I was supposed to get a phone call back from the area manager. Itâs been 24 hours and I was told it was gonna take less than that, and I havenât heard anything and I donât plan on hearing anything. I just donât understand why people donât treat other people the way they would want to be treated. itâs not about the money. Itâs not about the sandwich. Itâs about the fact that you treated me like I did something wrong and I left confused and embarrassed. Iâve never been spoken to you that way by a shift leader before She said she didnât care if I left a bad review and she didnât care if I ever came back because other customers were also extremely upset about it. I couldnât understand why she was doing that. They even tried to jump in and say something she wasnât here she walked away. I tried to call the store today and was told the manager is not there again. I guess he doesnât wanna speak to me. Thatâs OK.
