Full disclosure, I was a Managing Partner for the brand, 8 years ago in Texas. With the brand for 12 years and swore I’d never eat at another Chili’s, but my wife overslept and this place was the only thing open close to us. But, I did enter with an open mind and tried to give them a chance, especially when I saw the managing partner placard.
Host: at the stand, cleaning menus, didn’t greet with a WTC’s, but that could have changed.
Server: David, did a great job, was friendly, but not personable if that makes sense. But no knock against him, as he was helping in Togo, as it was pretty busy. First lounge cut could have helped, but she was slowly trying to do her closing duties and checkout.
Bar: ordered two rum and Coke’s for me and my wife, came out quick and could tell she didn’t free pour.
Restaurant: only area we were in was the bar area, tables were cleaned and turned quickly. But the floors! They were not wet, yet slippery, almost like an oily film, all the way out the front door.
Food: Ancho Chile Salmon: Salmon- had a great flavor, cooked well, but it is passed through the CTX. Rice- flavor was not great, you could tell it was maybe a day past its shelf life. Also, when it was originally prepped, it might have been slightly undercooked.
Memphis Dry Rub Ribs: Ribs- came out hot, but not tender and fall off the bone. They were dry and overcooked, not a lot of meat. Street Corn- it was done to perfection! Tasted great!
We both got the asparagus, it was tasty and hot, but it was not prepped properly. It was not trimmed, so the portion you get, ends with a lot of waste.
Manager- male, blue shirt, kinda surveying from the pass out area. Not really engaging with guest, possibly helping in Togo and QA, as they were all probably cut.
Ziosk! I pushed the button to see what games you had before I played, didn’t play a game and still got charged. So I went a played a game anyway once I saw it on my bill.

Read moreOn 4/24/22 I placed an order for my daughter and I to pick up before work. My order was Cajun Chicken Pasta and a side salad. I work nights so I was going to eat my salad before the shift started. I had to throw it away! The tomatoes was soggy, the cucumbers were so they were translucent and soggy and the lettuce was somewhat brown. When I went to lunch I heated up my pasta. Stirred it up and began eating. I had a few bites of the chicken and thought it tasted a little weird. I was watching a show on my phone so wasn't paying attention to it as I put it in my mouth. I then came to a larger piece of chicken that needed to be cut. When I looked down to cut I saw that it was RAW! I immediately threw it away after taking pictures. I called the next day and the manager that was there that day was apologetic and helpful. A full refund was going to be given but was going through the corporate office since she was notifying them of the issue. It has now been 5 days and no email or contact from the corporate office. The manager that I had spoke with told me the location that she would be at and if I hadn't heard anything to let her know. I spoke with her this morning and she has offered to comp my next meal at her current location anytime within the next month. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST GOING TO THE NORMAN LOCATION AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ISSUE WITH THEM. I DID GET SICK...
Read moreOur entire experience was awful. It took them 20 minutes to seat us at a table that had been empty the entire time we waited to be seated. Once seated our waitress was really sweet and took our drink order and appetizer order. We didn't see her again for about 20 minutes. Found out our waitress had to make the appetizers as well. Once we finally got the appetizer which took forever then our order was taken. We waited for our food for about 20 minutes then someone else came to the table and said she needed to take our order again. Therefore we had to wait another good 20 minutes to get our food. Oddly enough everyone around us was getting their food and leaving. Once we got our food it wasn't fresh and barely warm. And don't get me started on how filthy our silverware was. All 3 of us had to ask for clean silverware. I asked to speak to the manager who had absolutely nothing to say and what very little she did have to say wasn't loud enough to be heard. She took a small $4 discount off of our meal for all the inconvenience. But then charged me $5 for our chips and salsa that was supposed to be free. Needless to say my overall experience was completely horrible and will probably not return for a very long time. If you can't show that you care enough about your customers and show that you care about their experience then I don't want...
